  Well, I have tried this specific toaster and I have been quite satisfied with it in the time that I have had it. In the tests that I conducted, I did not notice any different temperatures between the top and bottom plates as I read in some comments here. Overall, I consider it a relatively fast toaster in terms of reaching the temperatures and properly and uniformly toasting.   I have the toaster for 3 years, at first I was very satisfied but over time I changed my mind. 1: The top plate burns less than the bottom, so I have to flip the toast to cook them on the other side.
  2: The right side that opens and closes the top plate broke without falling or hitting or misuse.
  3: The non-stick coating of the plates is not like it used to be, now they stick.
  4: The top plate is very heavy, causing the toast to be pressed too much, which is bad because they get squished a lot and if you have put too many ingredients, they overflow. Conclusion, for the money they sell it, it is not worth it for any reason, one would expect at least the corresponding quality of materials, if it ever drops to €30 then get it, it will last for about 2 years.

  The best toaster I've ever had.. top-notch. Daily use. Omelettes, meat, fish, toast with whatever ingredients you want because it has height scales on the top plate. The good thing about it is that it always sits flat and parallel to the bottom plate. Huge plus that you can adjust the top plate separately from the bottom. I always use oil spray when it comes to anything other than toast. Every time it accidentally gets something from the food, it cleans easily.. nothing sticks to the plates. I take care of them.. only with a wooden spoon, not even a fork.. Top-notch.. the plate change from grill to plates makes it incredibly functional.. with closed eyes. In the photos, I made thick-cut potatoes with a little coconut butter. I had the bottom plate slightly above the middle and the top plate below the maximum. The top plate does not touch the potatoes.. it cooks them from above and maintains the temperature. I flipped them 3-4 times and they came out perfect as always, crispy and much healthier than fried ones. If you want to store it, it locks easily and you can hold it with one hand. Hello..

  I'm coming back after 2 months of use. —> as I was grilling with the foot that holds the top plate at a distance from the bottom, at some point while I had the toaster open, I accidentally touched it and it closed - the top plate fell with its weight and all the force was transferred to the foot. As a result, the hinge on one side became crooked. So be careful when the foot is open to gently close the top plate.

  I bought it after a LOT of searching and finally I was justified!
  I had a very old grill, bigger and heavier (14 years old).
  Expensive, but we use it daily and constantly (4 people).
  Attention, the plates are not the same for the top and bottom position.
  I had mixed them up and my top plate was falling off, but once I switched their positions, it was fine.
  I didn't have a problem with uneven cooking on the top and bottom plate that others mentioned.
  I'm not saying it doesn't exist, it's just such a small difference that it doesn't bother me.
  I will come back with more detailed impressions over time.

  UPDATE: Eventually, both plates on the top part, when inserted, fall off after a while. Something doesn't hold well.
  I informed the store and I will come back with updates!
  9/13/22 They brought me a new device, which also started doing the same thing after 10 days.
  I will update on the progress...

  I agree that the bottom plate is stronger. It also requires patience to cook meat and vegetables when open. However, when closed, it cooks them in less than half the time. I also tried cooking eggs, successfully, with the top plate closed (without pressing down, of course). For now, it seems to offer good value for money.

  I have had this toaster for about 2 months and I enjoy crispy toast, despite the patience needed to make it. The main and significant disadvantage I consider is the different intensity on the plates - as mentioned by previous reviewers - resulting in the toast burning on the bottom and remaining uncooked on top if you are not there to monitor it, like a DJ toaster. Therefore, you are forced to flip the toast every now and then or adjust the settings. We are talking about a toaster that costs over 70 euros, it is simply unacceptable. It can be adjusted, as others have pointed out, to cook evenly and with good quality by reducing the intensity of the bottom plate, but it takes a very long time due to the low temperature. If you open it up like a grill - where you need higher temperature - things become difficult. One plate performs correctly, doing its job, while the other does not, except for some meats... It's a shame because they could have easily solved the problem and produced one of the best toasters on the market (quality-price ratio). I give it 4 stars for the EXCELLENT plates that greatly assist in quality cooking and do not warp at all (in expensive toasters, they become like dishes in a few months), for the very easy adjustment of the burner distance, for the grease tray that actually works without leaks, and for the sturdy construction. Come on, guys, solve the issue, add two decent thermostats, charge an extra 3 euros, and get not 5 but 15 stars.

  One disadvantage is the different intensity of grilling on the top and bottom plate, with the bottom plate being noticeably stronger. The bottom plate is stronger because it does not have a thermostat, only the top one does. This becomes apparent the first time you remove the plates to clean them. The future will show the quality of construction, which seems a bit "flimsy".

  Otherwise, it has all the features you can ask for from a good toaster. Grilling at 180 degrees. Easy vertical storage. Plates that are both grooved and flat. Drip tray. It can be fixed and grilled as an oven, but not with a fragile (plastic) gear, but with a simple lever. It has a separate top-bottom heating element and an on-off button. Also, one of the most beautiful in its category, although fingerprints remain on its stainless steel surface.

  Everything is perfect without any complaints here for about 7 months. I would give it 5 stars but the ONLY problem is that it has a relatively small cable for the plug. If it had a little more, around 30cm - 40cm, it would be PERFECT. And it forces me to use an additional cable on the counter to use it. Everything else... in one word, "PERFECT"!
