Probably a faulty batch, but the point is that you pay for it just fine.... after this, I will not choose this model again and have both new models turn out to be defective, at this price there are other better options that are more qualitative, in my opinion it's not worth it!

For anyone who wants to buy it to use with an espresso filter without pressure, not like the factory one of dedica, to know that it doesn't grind the coffee finely enough.. for use with factory filters (pressurized), coffee filter, and generally coarser grind, it is very good and aesthetically pleasing. Obviously, it is not suitable for Greek coffee

The only complaint I have is that when it grinds the coffee and throws it a little crooked to the left, it makes a little mess for me.

In combination with the Delonghi Dedica Pump Espresso Metal EC685.M, a 51mm metal tamper and Illy coffee, the result is satisfactory. If it had a finer grind, it would be excellent.

For the price I got it (140€), it's barely worth it. For the price it has now, you can get much better ones. Only the appearance is worth it compared to other models of similar price. I would like more grind settings.
The dose it produces is not always the same in quantity and it needs a supplement or you have to throw away coffee.
As for the noise they say, personally it doesn't bother me much, after all, coffee is a ritual, it should satisfy all your senses :P

It could have been a little quieter. The grinding settings satisfied me marginally; I could have had more options. The quality is mediocre; it could definitely have been cheaper... you pay a bit for the name. The espresso it produces is very good at whatever level you choose.

After two months of use and initially being skeptical about how finely it would grind the coffee for espresso, I can say that it was worth the money, the perfect choice. The grind it produces personally satisfies me completely. It has a sturdy construction and if you program the button for grinding, it perfectly matches each dose it grinds with a dose from the corresponding Delonghi espresso machine (Dedica EC685.M).

I consider it to be the best in its category for home use!!!! It has completely upgraded my coffee maker!!! Freshly ground coffee every time and with the right amount of coffee, without needing to weigh it. Before purchasing it, I had researched it quite a bit. I highly recommend it!!!

So I got the grinder along with the corresponding DEDICA coffee machine. The grinder is wonderful. It has many capabilities, different coffee grind settings, it's easy to use, doesn't make much noise, and has very good build quality. You have freshly ground coffee at home anytime! If you follow the instructions and do a little research, you can achieve professional results at home! It's definitely worth its money!

For the Gaggia BabyDose machine, I have it set to the finest grind (1 out of 18).
If it had another option, I would have put it one more notch finer.
Overall, I am very satisfied.

Perfect. Very easy to use, you choose the grind according to your taste. It would be helpful if there was a grinding guide depending on the coffee machine you have, even for Delonghi, so that you don't have to experiment at all. Very convenient to grind directly into the portafilter for one or two coffees. Highly recommended!!!

27/4/20 Now, even after 1.5 months without coffee from outside, I wouldn't change it for anything.

Elegant tool with its screen and all possible settings... paired with the DEDICA, it upgraded coffee making at home to a professional level!!!
