    It does not have many recipes. For someone who does not know much, they should find recipes from elsewhere to practice their techniques. Useless book for those who do not have experience as a chef. It has many easy techniques, but without knowing how and where to use them because you do not have knowledge of combinations. My experience is in Greek cuisine and I regret the money I spent because I do not know how to make a complete dish... There are other books that teach you much more through their recipes!
