After seven years of professional use in a café, the motor has started making noise. It's only a matter of time before it completely fails, so a second one was purchased for immediate replacement of the old one when it finally gives out. Great for the intended use, it handles countless coffees without any issues and is easy to clean due to its glossy texture. Highly recommended
Home use, the noise is not comparable to cheaper ones where you think a helicopter will take off. I have it for 5 years and it works perfectly, value for money
I bought 2 pieces of JOHNY AK/2-2T 6 months ago and both of them broke with a 2-month difference. When the first one broke, they fixed it with great difficulty. After 2 months, the second one broke and they refuse to fix it, all within the warranty period. The company's documentation claims that I am misusing it, without being able to prove anything specific (WITH THE EXCUSE THAT I USE IT TOO MUCH). It's a shame because I thought it was a good company. Thank you!
We have had this specific frappe maker in our shop for about 5 years....It could perform better considering its price, but it's okay...It currently has an issue with its button...It works on the low setting and not on the fast one...Until it completely breaks and we get a new one...Overall, though, it is quite good...The only thing I change every year is the plastic propellers that wear out over time, which are very cheap...The cable is neither too long nor too short...Cleaning it is easy and overall wear and tear is normal (dull color, plastic oxidation, etc.)...For 200 coffees per day for 5 years, it's perfect...Imagine for household use, 10 years and more...
The motor burned out in 1.5 years, unacceptable, the name has it but not the grace, I had a lesser-known one in my cafe and it lasted 4 years without any changes to the brushes and nothing, this one needed brushes in a year (and big deal because we're talking about work) and in 1.5 years it gave up the ghost, two mechanics asked me for 85 euros for motor replacement and labor, now I bought the Artemis, we'll see how it goes with that one.
