I have had chronic blepharitis for years and after visiting 7 ophthalmologists I have to say that this product is the only one I would buy again.
What it does: Cleans the eyelids, removes as many mites as possible and does not cause irritation (at least for me).
What it doesn't do: Miracles.

This foam relieves you from intense itching, but does not completely remove the problem, it alleviates the symptoms to the point where they do not cause difficulty in your daily life.
Personally, I had a big problem and during flare-ups of itching, it helped me overcome it to a satisfactory degree.
I have tried all the equivalent products on the market, most of them cause a lot of irritation in the eyes and dryness on the skin, something that this specific product does not cause at all.
I hope that in the near future a cure will be found for this condition, until then I will use this product in combination with cleansing pads.
