Technology and education, technology and our society are closely related. School and classroom, teachers and students are living organisms, and the educational process is also changing. Whether we want it or not, this significant change exists. However, I believe that the main teaching tool remains the ...chalk and the teacher's voice. Close to these tools is the importance of a skill: transmissibility, as it is the vehicle through which we convey what we seek to teach.

From chalk and blackboard, we have long moved on to digital technology, digital visual media, and the internet. These "media" constitute technological contributions to the educational process. This collective volume includes eleven texts that contribute to the common theme of "ICT and Education". Most of them present: a. learning theories developed based on applications, pedagogical approaches, and b. technological applications used in the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in teaching practice and the learning process.
