Personally, I believe that it superficially approaches everyday issues, I can't understand why so much hype. However, for someone who can't handle long texts or wants something very relaxed, I believe it's fine.

For someone who has read several self-improvement books, it is quite basic. For someone who is just starting out, it will cover them to a considerable extent.

There is no reason to read this book, it will not help you in anything, shallow and repetitive, it would be good for new writers to read a book before they start writing, a waste of time.

A book that talks about life. About the quality of our lives. The author says to live life. The writing of the book is very simple, even a child could read it. Personally, I wasn't thrilled with the book. It failed to delve into topics and only skimmed the surface of one topic after another. If you are a beginner in self-improvement, I recommend it. If you have generally read 5-6 authors, don't get it, you will find it childish

I read somewhere a very short excerpt and ordered it. Complete disappointment. For me, it is below average. Also, I find the writing style quite tiresome. Every two pages, there is a new chapter.

It is a very nice book! It is divided into small stories with the corresponding theme and it doesn't tire you. It is very enjoyable, I definitely recommend it!!

I noticed in many parts a poorly written copy of "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari". It reminds me of Facebook quotes, without any real substance. It's not worth it, if you're looking for this kind of book, I definitely recommend reading the aforementioned one

I don't want to be absolute, it is subjective after all, whatever has to do with taste.
Personally, I found it below average in all areas.
It enjoys good marketing and therefore many readers (fans of pseudo-culture) find it interesting because it is so easily digestible and shallow.
It is aimed at a specific caste of readers, I believe that there are much better books.

Good for passing the time when I have nothing to do, instead of being glued to screens as usual. I bought it out of curiosity while looking for something to read while I'm recovering. There are indeed certain points that make me reflect on things I had forgotten/hadn't thought of, but the truth is that I expected something more considering the hype it received. I haven't finished it yet, I will come back when I do.

Very mediocre indeed. Grape philosophies. Very ugly writing as well. Probably overrated by those who have not read real and substantial psychology books. I would not recommend it at all!

They gave it to me as a gift because I asked for it. I had heard some speeches on YouTube and I liked it somehow.

I have been in psychotherapy for 7-8 years, and I don't feel like I gained anything from the 5-6 stories I read. After that, I gave up. Stories that from the beginning to the end talk about my so-called great Greek, about Christ and the God he believes in.
So, hold on a second. I thought I was reading a self-improvement book.
I'm sorry because I held him in high regard based on his speeches.

The gift is a book as a gift. Give it everywhere.... I consider the first book to be more interesting, however, we liked them all! It is not necessary, nor feasible, to completely identify with such a book. You read thoughts and reflections, through simple events of life, and keep those that touch you. Bravo to Xenakis for reminding us of what our heart already has!

I bought this book because I had read praises from many people, but I was extremely disappointed. Poorly written with content that resembles clickbait articles on Facebook. The cringe factor is present in dozens of cases. I also found a small dose of hidden racism from the author. For a few books, I regret reading them and even fewer for paying for them, this one is in the first place in both categories.

The book is aimed at individuals who have no basic appreciation for themselves and their fellow human beings, financially independent (as if we all have money to maintain cars and go here and there and rent houses in Voula), and 3 out of 4 reminisce about trips and the "Greek" greatness they encounter in them. I would not recommend it, spend your money on a coffee with a good friend and a good conversation

This book was given to me as a gift, so even though I am not a fan of this genre of literature, I tried to take a look at it. From the very first story (which lasted less than 3 pages), I started to get bored. The stories were cliché and the meanings shallow. I believe that maybe this book would be interesting for young people (up to 12 years old) or for individuals with concerns about self-improvement or personal development.

Quite a good book with simple stories of life that the author tries to convey various lessons through them. His style is popular, with some swear words in it, many of which don't fit, but okay. It is enjoyable to read and serves as a form of motivation for a better life. It doesn't tell many lies, it's just that I don't know to what extent it is feasible to apply them. Also, for many people, the purpose of life may be just to relax and do nothing, without learning or anything! Just to enjoy the good things in life.

I had it since 2018 in my library, I read it this March (2021) during a difficult period. The truth is that it helped me a lot to illuminate these small things that happen in the present and make me see life differently.

I heard a lot about this book and read many reviews before I bought it. Unfortunately, it didn't offer me anything. It is a description of personal moments of the author with a type of quote at the end of each event. I give it two stars because for me it is a bit average. Maybe for someone who is just starting to read psychology books, it may be more useful. Borrow it if you can before buying it.

Small stories that do not tire. It includes conclusions from many foreign language bestsellers. The only negative is the way of expression in certain points in an effort to be pleasing and some absolute opinions. I recommend it!

In any case, a mediocre book, with quite cliché and perhaps exaggerated positions to the point of bigotry. Maybe some parts of it show a little bit of intelligence, but overall, it didn't captivate me personally. Purely my opinion.

I bought it because of its very good reviews at the beginning of its release. While it starts well, after 40-50 pages it loses its interest.
    A great disappointment unfortunately!
