Like all cheap tools, here we have a product that requires some work to be able to be used. It is necessary to file and/or sand the edges, apart from the blade, so that they are not sharp and do not lead to injuries. Since we have the sandpaper, it is good to also give a pass to the wooden handle so that it becomes smooth and no splinter protrudes. Finally, oil it with a little olive oil for protection against oxidation and nourishment of the wood. It could have not had these awful rivets but proper pins. It is definitely not a good knife, but for its price and with the above, it can be transformed into a useful tool before you get something better.
