It is relatively bulky. I, who work with the box open, had no issue, but it would be good to check the dimensions. The instructions it contains for installation are inadequate. However, the company itself has a YouTube tutorial and it is complete.
It has been installed on an i5 13600kf. In idle, I have 30 degrees, in gaming 50-75, and if I leave it free, it reaches 100 degrees. I have undervolted it to 120TDP while the cooler claims to withstand 200 TDP. Good quality, silent, and at max rpm, but not for the 13th generation Intel!
It's perfect. Very good temperatures. For R7 5800x, it's superb, you don't need to spend your money on liquid cooling if you're a gamer. Now, if you're one of those who want to use the processor at 100% 24/7 for some reason, I don't have an opinion. Personally, with this fan curve, I don't hear anything and the temperatures are very good.
It was purchased to replace the stock cooler of the Ryzen 5 5600x because after upgrading to a graphics card, the processor reached 85-90 degrees under full load and 50+ degrees when idle. It lowered the temperatures more than I expected. I haven't seen it go above 65 degrees under full load, and when idle it stays around 33-34 degrees, and the best part is that it is completely silent.
As for installation, it is not particularly difficult, there are several videos that show exactly how to do it, just as mentioned by others, because it is quite bulky, it essentially covers a RAM slot. The magnetic screwdriver included in the package is very helpful. It took me about 30 minutes in total from the moment I opened the PC to install it, clean the previous thermal paste, apply new paste, and close it up.
Overall, for 60-65€, I don't believe it has any competitors. Highly recommended

Bulky cooler but amazing at what it does. The processor doesn't raise temperature and you can add a fan to the back for better air flow if you want.
Everything is fine in terms of quality, cooling, noise, etc.
I am using it in the Be quiet Pure Base 500 case (i.e. not perfect airflow), with a Ryzen 1700x+ and the 2 pure wings that come with this case. The top fan is fully covered.
So far, the maximum temperature I have reached is 39 degrees during this season.
It is very bulky and makes installation and access for screwing difficult, especially on one side where it requires a specific angle or a long screwdriver (fortunately, this is included in the package and is of good quality, even magnetic).
The most important thing: there is a high chance that it will cover the first RAM slot, even with low profile memory! Maybe you can save it by raising the position of the fan, but still difficult.
Unfortunately, even though I have confidence in be quiet for the use I got it for, this cooler doesn't perform well. I have an RX6900XT graphics card and an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, and in the game Apex Legends at UHD resolution, this cooler can't handle it. I usually see temperatures around 87 degrees with a limit of 90.
In other subsystems and other games with different resolutions, it will perform better, but for the most demanding tasks at the moment, this cooler doesn't cut it...
To prevent any misunderstandings, it's different to play PUBG at UHD with an RX6700XT and completely different to play Apex Legends at UHD with an RX6900XT.
I bought this cooler to replace the stock cooler of a Ryzen 5 5600x. During the installation, I followed step by step, also watching the YouTube video from Be Quiet: https://youtu.be/oYhT5IQr0bU. The package includes thermal paste (so you don't need to buy another one), which is enough for about two installations (so you have some left over). I applied the thermal paste properly, just as shown in the video. The result? The temperature of the Ryzen in idle state on Windows 10 dropped from 42-45 degrees Celsius, which was with the stock cooler, to 32 degrees. But the most important thing is that the Be Quiet cooler is COMPLETELY SILENT. Excellent purchase, highly recommended!
I am cooling a stock r5 3600 which I use for 3D workloads and occasional gaming. The games I play are not heavy on the processor, so I judge based on the 3D software (mainly Blender). With the 3600x cooler (wraith spire, not even the stealth that comes in the box), it would reach 80+ degrees in 3D rendering, but now I only see temperatures in the 80s during heatwaves (I had idle temperatures of 45 degrees, but the ambient temperature was also around 40). With normal room temperature, it reaches a maximum of 72 degrees in 3D rendering. At these temperatures, I noticed that the 3600 managed its frequencies better. In single-core Cinebench r23, it consistently maintained the advertised 4.2 GHz, while with the spire, it would run slightly lower. Similarly, in multicore, I now gain 100 MHz (all-core 4.1 GHz from the previous 4 GHz). The performance differences are not significant. I may gain 2-3% in render times, but the cooler was installed with the logic that it may be needed to cool a Ryzen 9 (always stock and without OC or PBO enabled) in the future.
The significant upgrade, however, is the noise. The fan curve starts at 40% and goes up to 100% at 70 degrees, with intermediate steps at 50 and 60 degrees. At idle, and in combination with 3 pure wings 2 in the case, the computer is really quiet. Under full load, it can be heard, but at a level (low) that is not bothersome to me. I set it to render at night and sleep 2 meters away from the PC without the sound being a problem. Obviously, noise is subjective... someone else might be sleeping next to a server stack.
The build quality is excellent, and the packaging is well done. I didn't have any issues with the RAM, but the fan (which is a silent wings 3, one of the good things about be quiet) required quite a bit of pressure to attach to the tower.
In general, be quiet! and Noctua are the premium/expensive solutions for air cooling, but they are also the best in terms of performance, noise, and build quality. Invest without fear.
Update: Ryzen 9 5950x with stock settings and a custom fan curve profile has not gone above 75°C under 100% usage and idles at 40-45 degrees. I don't think it has much room for significant overclocking, but it handles stock settings just fine. The rest of what I mentioned above regarding noise intensity still applies. Lastly, the brackets for the fan that I complained about, once I installed them and removed them a couple of times, it became easier. You just get used to it, I was just afraid of it at first.
Amazing but be careful with the motherboard. Before buying it, it is good to check on the Be Quiet website if it is compatible or if it will block the first memory slot. This was the case with my micro ATX.
I use an i5 10600K and it stays at low-mid 30c when idle and goes up to around 50c when gaming. It reaches 60-67c at full load, which is very satisfactory.
Excellent cooler, really quiet and efficient, but be careful, it is bulky! 159 millimeters in height, it fits with 1 millimeter of air in the Phanteks P300 that I have. Also, the first RAM slot is below the fan, I have low profile sticks and they fit, but something taller won't fit at all. Other than that, its performance is perfect. I have it on an i5 10600k and it keeps it at around 35 degrees while browsing, etc., and it barely reaches 60 degrees while gaming with integrated graphics! Excellent installation instructions, detailed and clear, and despite its size, it's not bad-looking. If it fits in your case, I definitely recommend it.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Box, 71 degrees at 4,300mhz, it's unbeatable with the MSI Tomahawk Max B450 motherboard.
It is a very large cooler, be careful with the box as it will not fit easily. It also obstructs the RAM, but it is definitely silent and provides very good cooling value for money
With the Ryzen 5 3600 and the stock cooler, I was reaching temperatures of 95 degrees under heavy load. With this cooler, it doesn't go above 70 degrees at all. It is bulky, but I personally like it. It looks really cool and you have to get close to hear it

I have installed it in a Full Tower Corsair 750D, Asus Maximus XI Hero motherboard, i7 9700K processor.
Room temperature is 24 degrees Celsius. Arctic MX-4 thermal paste.
When the i7 9700K is running at 3.6 GHz, it reached a maximum of 55 degrees after gaming with auto speed fan from the motherboard.
When the i7 9700K is running at 4.6-4.9 GHz, it reached a maximum of 75 degrees after gaming with auto speed fan from the motherboard.
Quiet operation. (Also, the magnetic screwdriver they give as a gift with the cooler is very useful)
I hope I helped and you got at least an idea from my own case.
First, go to the Be Quiet website and see which cooler fits your motherboard. It's easy and will save you from buying a cooler that doesn't fit in your case or takes up space from the memory slots (DIMMS). I continue with the cooler itself. The build quality is amazing. The packaging includes everything (INTEL + AMD) and even a magnetic screwdriver that will become your "favorite" assistant. Installation is a piece of cake for an experienced person, but for a "newbie" after watching one or two videos on YouTube, it will get the job done. HOWEVER, it is huge. If you don't do extreme overclocking, you don't need it. It is literally silent. But it is VERY BIG. So be careful before buying it. And the other coolers from the same company are equally effective in regular use.
Excellent cooler. In a case with three fans, it is completely silent. With Ryzen 7 1700 under full load but without overclocking, it now maintains a temperature of 45-50°C during the summer.
Absolutely satisfied with the performance on the Ryzen 5 2600x, stable temperatures, only 3-4 degrees higher on full load compared to the liquid cooling I had before. Silent cooler, the case fans are more audible than the cooler fan, the be quiet fan has done an incredible job in this area (noise). German quality construction. The only thing to be careful about is when attaching the fan to the cooler, as the black coating on the cooler easily comes off. Easily fixed with a permanent black marker. The only issue you will have is that the cooler fan covers the first RAM slot, so you will have to go with a 2-slot configuration. This can be solved by placing the fan at the back to pull in air. It just slightly compromises aesthetics. P.S. It can be used with 2 fans if you purchase another one, in a push-pull configuration.
Very good silent cooler, the screws gave me a little trouble as they didn't fit well in the fan holes, but with patience, I managed to attach them properly. It can be installed without removing the motherboard from the case, with the help of a friend.
Truly silent, I have the case right next to me and I can't hear anything.. it lowered the temperature of the R5 2600 by 10 degrees with the default cooler..
The black color on the cooler looks very nice.
Plus, the packaging includes a screwdriver!!! Not that I needed it, but it shows how well everything is taken care of!
I highly recommend this excellent cooler! It is quite bulky, so you will need to remove the motherboard for installation, otherwise it will be difficult. The installation is relatively easy. It is of high quality and definitely more reliable and functional than any mid-range liquid cooling. With an i5 9600 at idle, it does not go above 25 degrees, it is quiet and a real gem. Be careful, you will need a case with a minimum width of 22 centimeters! Otherwise, it may not fit. I have installed it in a coolermaster H500 with a width of 22.8 centimeters and it has only 5.5 millimeters of space from the tempered glass.
I use it on an overclocked 8600K and it sounds like nothing. Of course, my motherboard's management system also helps, as it has set all my fans extremely well.
However, it takes up a lot of space on my motherboard, resulting in covering the first memory card slot and being millimeters away from the second one. I will definitely have to replace it if I ever need all four slots.

I have an i5 7600 running at 4.1ghz (1.28v), with a stress test after 15 minutes the maximum temperature was 63 degrees Celsius with 25 degrees in the room. As expected, the cooler is silent even under full load! It is relatively easy to install, especially compared to the dark rock 3, and it is very well constructed. It barely fits in an nzxt s340.
In the 6700, the temperature dropped to idle from 45 to ... 29° ... So, from cooling: super
It is bulky and helps to exist and help. For anyone who has some experience and knows that the base of the cooler is located under the motherboard, installation is an easy task. The case must have sufficient width to fit.
