Almost 100% silent in operation, not at all annoying on low settings. Unfortunately, the motor heats up in less than an hour of operation, and then it starts clicking from inside the motor (both with closed and open oscillation). Another year that I will be looking for a fan to be both silent and durable at the same time.

Obviously, it is not quiet. And I don't mean the noise of the air. Sometimes the propeller makes noise, sometimes the speed adjustment button, sometimes it vibrates, sometimes the metal cover creaks. It is powerful. An annoying blue light on the button that doesn't turn off.

I bought it for its quietness and it is the noisiest fan I have ever tried. I have never seen worse, the issue is that it buzzes due to its construction, the plastic base with the rest of the body. And this is regardless of the setting you have it on. Yes, theoretically, if you have it on the silent setting, it is quiet, but due to the construction, it makes a lot of noise!
Not silent, normal noise for the price category. It is powerful. Low build quality, especially the plastic on the base is of very low quality. Very good speed selector.
The fan, after 2 and something summers, gave up the ghost.
While it was working, it was indeed quiet, powerful, and I rarely put it on the high setting since I had it close to me due to space constraints.
In the middle of the second summer, the low setting started to weaken, so I put it on the next higher setting this year, and today, after a month of use, it's done for.
Keep in mind that I never turned it off. Just like the Ronson fan I have in the next room, which is a decade old.
I do not recommend it due to its short lifespan.
I have changed more than 5 fans for the bedroom and I consider this one to be the best I have bought. Quiet, easy to assemble, and quite powerful. The only negative thing I find is the LED on the speed controller, which is a bit intense in complete darkness if you are not used to it. I would prefer the lighting to be disabled
Purchase on June 23, 2023. First impression very good if you exclude the very plastic and easy assembly. Compared to the previous one that sounded like a factory, this one is literally silent during sleep mode. At the 1st intensity, it is quite silent with a good airflow, at the 2nd it is a little silent with more airflow, and at the 3rd, it takes as much wind as it can with tolerable noise!!!!! In the first hour of operation, when rotating to the right, it made a gentle noise that then stopped. The only negative is that on the vertical axis, the tilt angle is only downwards. For me, it is an acceptable product with very good airflow. I will come back with a new review in the future.
I have bought many fans in the past (tabletop & floor fans), all of them lasted at most 1-2 years and then they were useless. Most of them were from Super Markets' offers. Cheap constructions with low power and airflow. During summer nights, I always had them at maximum power and at a distance of 1m from the bed.
This one makes the difference. I bought it at the beginning of summer 2022. Sturdy construction, with a powerful motor. I used it all summer at the lowest (quiet) setting, 2.5m away from the bed, and it did a better job than the other cheap ones. Truly silent, I haven't needed to use it at the highest setting so far.
Recently, I discovered an additional use for it, which will be useful for housewives. CLOTHES DRYER!!! In combination with a dehumidifier, you can place it to blow air on the clothes you have hung on the clothes rack in a room when it's raining. The clothes dry in 1/2 to one hour. It's like the north wind is blowing on them, and additionally, the room smells from the scent of the fabric softener you have used, and most importantly, the clothes don't absorb smoke smells from fireplaces. (If you don't use a dehumidifier, the humidity remains in the room and the clothes are not completely dry.)
In conclusion, THE BEST FAN I HAVE BOUGHT IN THE PAST 20 YEARS. I hope it lasts for a few years.
Truly SILENT operation (38db) in the small (nighttime) sleep mode for the Morris MFT-16228, 60W Table Fan with a 40cm diameter. You can sleep comfortably, it is barely noticeable and not at all bothersome. You don't even realize that it's working. Even if it's next to you, you can still watch TV at a low volume.
In comparison, we have also purchased the Morris MFS-16226, 65W Table Fan with a 40cm diameter and Remote Control. However, in the small mode (silent option 42db), it is not at all silent. It makes quite a bit of noise in a bedroom and at a short distance (2-3m), it creates a lot of noise and is bothersome (NOT suitable for nighttime).
At first, it seemed like an ideal purchase. It has a quiet fan and a large diameter.
But let's go straight to the negatives. The power cord is of poor quality, with minimal copper and minimal PVC insulation. The bottom of the switch reaches about 65 degrees, which means they have chosen components with lower tolerance for the load.
The worst part: After 1 year of operation, it takes a while to start, the motor overheats, and it emits a smell of burnt oil-plastic. It doesn't even justify the need for lubrication after 1 summer of use. For safety reasons, I put it aside.
I had a previous and more powerful fan, but I am still very satisfied. I sleep with the quietness without hearing the slightest noise and it perfectly covers my normal-sized bedroom. Quality construction and 5-year warranty.
Quiet (almost) only in silent mode, which has little power. You can only use it at close range, for example in a bedroom or office, so for the early summer nights when there is little heat, you avoid the (very) mess. In a larger room, such as a living room, where we were sitting at 2-3 meters, we used it from the second floor and above, and of course it made noise, not annoying but we didn't cool down either, which is probably due to its small diameter because we counted many seconds until it hit each one again when it turned around. Obviously, it didn't cover all of us. Compared to the previous one we had, which sounded like a turbine but cooled the whole room, I would say that power and noise are ultimately proportional. Get it better for a small space, so that the silent mode makes sense
Terrible purchase. Yes, it does produce powerful air, but the noise is truly unbelievable and unbearable. Even in silent mode. A similar product that I bought from a competitor company a decade ago was far superior in this aspect.
The icing on the cake is that I received it with a broken button that controls the rotation. And so, it is stuck in rotation, which is the worst thing for the use I intended. I will call the dealership tomorrow for a replacement, but it doesn't help much since the number one reason I bought it was for its "silent" operation. And it failed miserably in that regard. I'm crying over my money...
Update 1: After a phone call with the dealership where they requested 600 photos, 600 details, and procedures via email and stories that will take until next year... I will now ask for a refund. It's a shame because I had a good impression of the company.
Update 2: I must add that after a while, the head of the company called me on the phone, who was polite and offered an immediate replacement, apologizing for the initial treatment.
Powerful, quiet on the first and second setting, I will get one for my parents as well. It doesn't matter to me at all that it doesn't have a vertical extension as I use it at night in bed. Of course, it can also be placed in higher areas, overall it is great value for money.
Excellent fan. Power and quality. Very important the five-year warranty. It has 4 speeds, with the lowest being 19db as it claims. You really can't hear it. Highly recommended.
Ideal table fan for a small space, I use it for a 20sqm area and it has a pretty good result.
It is quite powerful and quiet in Silent Mode. It seems to be well-built and has a 5-year warranty. I am satisfied with the purchase.
Just received it and I can say that the first impression is very good. It is truly one of the quietest fans I have ever found. Especially in its silent mode, it provides just the right amount of airflow without the sound being tiring. It will show over time and after everyday use, of course.

3 ladders + 1 silent. I use it almost 24/7 in the summer. The silent ladder is only good for winter, it doesn't blow at all. The blue light is a bit intense at night. For 30€, it's good if it lasts a few years.
It works all summer long, 24/7 in the living room. It is really quiet, you can barely hear it, and when combined with the air conditioning on low, you don't need to turn it up louder. The only downside for someone who wants to use it for sleeping at night is the bright LED on the switch, but hey guys, just put a cloth over it.
So, after 4 years, I decided to buy another one of the same kind. The quality of construction is not the same anymore, there are misalignments and creaks from day one. I returned it and got another one that made a bit less noise. The new one makes the same noise that the old one started making after 3 years of use. And after about a month, the quiet ladder is now noisier than my grandma's old fan made entirely of metal... and I'm uploading a related video. So, it's better to get a more economical one that is not advertised as quiet, it's not worth its money anymore
It is ideal for small rooms and quiet! Solid plastic, easy assembly and disassembly (for cleaning). I have had it since May 2020 and I leave it open for days without closing it at all (I just adjust the strength or lower it) and it hasn't had any issues! The adjustable head that tilts forward and backward in 3 levels has proven useful to me.
It is a quite high-quality fan and it does what its description promises. Since I generally read a lot about the quiet operation of fans, I have to add that their job is to move air and in order to do that, the air will be audible. Same goes for this one. However, at the low speed setting, breeze, for sleep, it is quiet and does not bother you at night. Neither the air, nor other mechanical noises.

2 summers in operation. Very high quality and with a nice design fan. It operates from May to September every night at a distance of half a meter from the bed and in silent mode it does not bother at all. I emphasize this, having changed about 5 fans over the years. The best in this price range. High-quality speed selector and the LED does not bother at all, even at night, although I never used a night light.
It is easily disassembled and packed for storage in the winter. The only negative is that sometimes it resonates and makes a noise on a desk or bedside table, which can be solved with rubber pads.

For the 25€ I paid when I bought it, the fan is okay. I keep it on while I sleep, and on the lowest setting (which is also the quietest), it does the job and I can sleep without being disturbed. However, I used to have a quieter one, I think it was around ~20€ from a local store.
The blue light is quite strong and if you want a dark room to sleep in, it can be annoying. However, if you spend half an hour unscrewing the base, you can turn the LEDs towards the circuit board and the light is barely visible in the darkness.
I got it for 25 euros, the quality is so-so, it's not completely silent, if you are hypersensitive it definitely doesn't cover you, on the positive side, it has a 5-year warranty.
To go to Silent Mode you have to go through all the remaining steps!
The noise of the propeller in Silent Mode is about the same as the Morris MFS16216 when it is in position 3, while there is also a buzzing sound.
Also, a bright blue LED lights up, which is strong enough to disturb some people while they sleep.
I had to return it and get a second MFS16216, despite the significant price difference.
Very powerful, worth its money. Works properly, I am very satisfied. Time will tell!
