The product does what it says and shows good construction, although one annoying point is that it smells like machine oil from processing... otherwise, it is the smallest and easiest at 20 kilos, the resistance it offers is satisfactory for beginners and if someone finds it weak, they can take 40 kilos or even larger.

It is very helpful as you can do many exercises to strengthen the upper limbs and core. However, the level of resistance is not satisfactory for men, ideal for women.
