I got them for a shoe that was bothering me due to my small width, in order to cover the area shown in the photo and not bother me. Surprisingly, it didn't work for me even though it has this shape although they look quality and ergonomic.

Quite good for their price. At first, the height they have on the side bothered me because I have an issue with my ankle, but I got used to it over time. I put them in sneakers and they comfortably support me for 10 hours of standing at work.

They are one size and you cut them with scissors to the size you want
I will prefer them again

We have had it for over 4 months with daily use, it has not presented any problems. I will buy it again.
