  • As much as it worked, it was good, I didn't manage to finish the ink, I threw it away along with them. Constant connection problems until it displayed E and completely stopped working

  • HP is giving away extra months of FREE ink if you use the code mpywgk when activating the Instant Ink service!!! So far, I still have 6 years of free ink!! I have owned this particular model for almost 1.5 years. For home use and considering its economical price, it is worth buying.

At the moment, I have 4 printers at work from the 400 series (among others, all of them are now HP), for professional use (I print many photos per month) in a fairly "difficult" environment with frequent movements. Some of them have been working for several years already. Very cheap printing costs and decent print quality (much better than other HP series). Unfortunately, the color printing is VERY SLOW. I cannot comment on the wireless connectivity (because I usually use them with a cable). With simple but regular maintenance, they have no issues. I have replaced the printheads on one of them, but it was abandoned for months, which is FORBIDDEN for ink tank printers. It is good to choose printers according to our own needs and to understand what we are buying. For their price, they are excellent.

Stay away! And generally stay away from hp. The machine as a machine is functional, however it is combined with the hp application which is a disaster.

Product with expiration date. I bought it in Sep 2018. In the three years of warranty, the print heads broke twice. They were immediately replaced (within 5-6 days) by HP without many procedures over the phone without going to service. So far so good. Now, at the beginning of 2022, the tri-color print head broke again (it doesn't print yellow at all). The 6ZA18AE is not available in the market, not even for a sample, delivery takes up to 30 days and I have already been waiting for 40 days. I contacted HP and the otherwise polite lady told me that there is no longer support for this product because it is old... The conclusions are yours.

Awesome... I bought it on sale with a 2+2 year warranty and even if it breaks today, it has already made its money back with thousands of prints with one black bottle... Tremendous economy

From what I read, I probably fell into the case. I bought it in 2019. I have printed countless pages, mainly in color, due to my profession, and the ink (the first test one, imagine) ran out after 2 years. It was recommended to me by a friend who had a similar experience.

It would be worth the money if it always worked like the first day. Regardless of the fact that it occasionally needs alignments and maintenance, now after 2 years of use it hardly prints. Very slow prints or none at all. It is problematic and this is evident even to other users

Very economical printer but very problematic, I have had it since 2019 and in these two years, I have had 3 machines replaced under warranty. Now I have the third one and it has already broken down.
While I have bought hp twice before, this is the first time I have received a defective one.
It has a problem with its operating system.
    Stay away

I bought the printer in 11/2019. Around 3 months later, it started having a problem with the color head. I followed the instructions on the Hp website and the problem was resolved until yesterday. Hp told me that there are no available replacement heads and referred me to various stores to start searching one by one over the phone. Unacceptable build quality, unacceptable support.

Awesome printer, incredibly economical. Easy setup, photocopy function and scanner function simple and fast. You forget to put ink. I have had it for 6 months and have made over 800 prints. The black has dropped about 30% and the colors around 5%. I don't think I will need ink soon. Where it requires attention is in loading paper. I put 15-20 sheets each time, not more, just separate them one by one before putting them in. It is very important to give a color print (using all the inks) at least once a week so that the heads do not clog. It is an ideal printer for everyday household or semi-professional use. You just can't leave it without printing for a long time. It must be used frequently

Just as the warranty expired, the head of the Black printer started having issues. When I took it to the infoquest service, they told me that HP no longer provides spare parts anywhere... it's their policy. The only positive thing is that it's economical with ink. I've only had it for two and a half years... the conclusions are up to you

I've been working with him for 7 months and he's great! He's amazing for the money. I've used up a pack of A4 glue sticks on black and white prints and the ink has only dropped by 20%.

It is the 3rd printer whose representation has changed for me. I initially bought the 315, around the time its head broke and they replaced it IMMEDIATELY, without much fuss. Then it completely broke and they replaced it with the 415, which broke within 8 months. They sent me the 415 again, but I don't use it because I have to put in the sheets one by one!!!! I think HP was not ready for Tank printers or should have done better research. The only good thing is the representation, which obviously knows the problems these specific models have and doesn't bother you. I feel like I wasted my money and I am generally disappointed with the company. I don't think I will buy HP again, no matter what it is.

*** IMPORTANT to know: It must be on a socket. ALONE. Not on a power strip!

Just a few days owner, I will say the following:
    1. Easy installation (although I struggled because I hadn't dealt with it for years)
    2. WIFI without problems from laptops & mobiles
    3. Very good prints, not fast but not slow either.
    4. The most important thing is cheap ink (comes full and extra black) and thousands of prints
    5. I got it on sale for 115 when the average price was 150.

I have had it for about a year. On the positive side, it is incredibly economical, just like other printers of this type. It has good color performance, even on plain paper the colors are vibrant. It also prints on paper with a thickness of 300g.

On the negative side, it is incredibly slow in high-quality mode, and for someone who does a lot of printing, the print heads are sensitive. I have had the machine replaced three times within a year, and I am going for the fourth (luckily, I had a 3-year warranty as a gift). However, it is most likely that I won't even bother because unfortunately, even for something as simple as print heads, all HP inkjet printers require external service and replacement, so each time I am left without a printer for over a month. If I factor in the cost of traveling back and forth to infoquest, the inconvenience is not worth it.

The printer is wonderful and the fact that I can print 6000-8000 pages, depending on the usage each time, makes it very environmentally friendly.

The installation was very easy, but the printer took some time to learn how to print :D but in the end, I use it daily and it works well!

The printer also comes with an ink set, so you don't need to buy one when you first purchase it.
As for the maximum DPI, it takes a little time to print, but the quality is fantastic!
The printing speed is fine, nothing exceptional though.
The copying speed is very good and it can even copy in color.

It is truly an excellent product for its price.

Constructed after about 2 months I have no problem and apparently it is economical in its prints.
HOWEVER! The HUGE problem it has, has to do with its software! It prints in whatever order it wants, its connectivity is very problematic. The other unbelievable thing is that it doesn't print word, if you want file printing it has to be pdf! I have wasted a lot of ink and paper to do my job. I would not recommend it.

It may be the worst and most annoying printer I have ever used! It may be cost-effective in terms of ink, but I have wasted more paper printing diagnostic reports than actually doing my work. And I have already replaced it once! It doesn't connect to the router, disconnects on its own, and keeps printing documents from the previous century. Overall, a printer that is not worth its money!

It is economical and has a very low printing cost, it does not have excessive volume and has a user-friendly menu, it is not very fast but it prints material of very good quality, on photographic paper it has excellent results and rich colors. The ability to print via wifi serves even printing from a mobile phone directly and easily. I have been using it for almost two years and I have no complaints, the ink lasts too long, you forget to refill it. There is definitely a possibility of a defective product, even in expensive models. It would be nice if the plastics were of slightly better quality, but it is a common phenomenon nowadays in many devices.

It is the second printer that I changed and returned because the black ink had a problem and it didn't print the copies correctly, resulting in blurry prints. And on the second printer that I changed, it stopped working and the WiFi also stopped working, so I can't print wirelessly. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it...!
