The authors of this volume are Christina Agriantonis, Vasilis Kardasis, Evie Karouzou, George Kostelenos, Kostas Kostis, Ioanna Minoglou, Leda Papastefanaki, Socrates Petmezis, George Stasinopoulos, Alexis Frangiadis, Jelina Harlauti, Violette Chionidou, and Michalis Psalidopoulos. The authors were called upon to provide a comprehensive picture of the sector they studied, to present the findings of recent research, and to highlight the questions that remain open.
