Good quality rope, does not easily tangle - I tried it outdoors, on wet grass. I like the weights on the handles and they do not tire me out as much as I feared, they do come off a bit difficult but okay, they come off in case you don't want them. The diameter is relatively thick, maybe 4mm, if anyone knows please inform us because this information is not available anywhere. Anyway, it is not too thin and for me, as a beginner, I prefer it this way.
