It is what it is. Nothing more & nothing less than a mouthwash for general consumption. For simple everyday use, it does its job.

I recommend it. It eliminates bad breath for at least 5 hours, doesn't burn much (if at all), and of course, it doesn't contain alcohol. If you want it just for bad breath, like me, and not for a complete oral hygiene, it's perfect!

It is not bad your simple mouthwash but it burns a lot, especially in areas where the gums have receded.
