It makes a lot of noise and does not cool satisfactorily.
In a rendering I did of a video, it raised the temperature above 80 degrees Celsius C
I have this specific AIO for 3 years now on an i7-8700K 4.8Ghz 24/7. It's not bad. Setting it up through icue for fans and pump, same goes for the colors of the block.
The cable management is a bit messy, as you have to connect its USB and it sticks out from the left side of the block, so you definitely have a cable showing (even if only for a bit in my case, as I pass it through a cutout on the top side of the case).
3 years and I just occasionally remove the dust and clean it, and I have changed the thermal paste once (last year - probably again next year :p)
It only makes noise if you set the pump and fans to maximum. Very efficient.
For the price I see now, no way. Even at around €160 it was overly expensive in my opinion, but it has served me well, so I can't complain.
The liquid cooling is incredible in general. I installed a refrigerator inside my computer case, which is naturally designed for a full Tower and more. The temperature has never risen on my processor, it is completely silent, it's like I don't even have it!
A Ryzen 3900X is adequately and quietly cooled in a computer for CAD applications (heavy CAD files), 3D CAD design software, and analytical applications, along with Office and other office applications. It has never been used for gaming. The processor has reached 100% usage many times and for many continuous hours without the cooler's sound becoming annoying and without exceeding 78C. If you simply want to forget about the cooling issue of a 3900X while maximizing its performance, this NZXT 360 AIO is the way to go.
I upgraded from an H60 of the same company to this one. My processor is AMD FX-6350. With the old one, temperatures were around 35-40 in idle mode and 60-65, maybe even 70 while gaming. But now it hasn't gone above 32. However, be aware that you will need a full tower case specifically designed to accommodate such a beast of a cooler. I have the Be quiet base pro 900 rev2 which can handle 2 of these...

I recently upgraded my PC. Going for an AMD solution (3900X) and a smaller case than the 932HAF (I got the CoolerMaster MasterBox MB520 Black from https://www.skroutz.gr/s/15992106/CoolerMaster-MasterBox-MB520-Black.html), I have to say that nothing changed in terms of performance and CPU temperatures, even though the processor (12 cores) is much more modern and demanding. The temperatures remain very low even during demanding games, and my choice to make it compatible with both AM3 and AM4 was decisive! Truly one of the best purchases I've made!
I bought this specific kit today.
Based on my Coolermaster HAF 932 Advanced case, it fit as stated on the top part. At first, I was a bit worried as I carefully read the dimensions of both the cooler and my case... something didn't seem right when I tried to see how it would fit. The problem was that while it fit perfectly in the screw holes, one of the fans (and therefore a small part of the cooler), one out of the 3 fans, didn't have a clear upward exit. Unfortunately, it's the part of the case that doesn't have a mesh (towards the front of the case). However, there are ventilation holes there, so I don't see it as a big issue.
The installation was extremely easy, even for a beginner. The CPU bracket, due to having an AMD processor, was even easier to install, as only Intel processors require an extra attachment and extra screws to properly secure it from the back of the motherboard.
Now, regarding the temperatures, I was truly amazed. In balanced mode through the Corsair application (Link 4) and testing for 1 hour of gaming, the CPU temperature did not exceed 50 degrees, and the VRM temperature did not exceed 69 degrees (while the CPU hit 74-78 and the VRMs hit 78 degrees in 10 minutes of gaming with the conventional Aero 120T air cooler). The fan speed of the cooler ranged from around 700-900 RPM, and the pump speed was at 2100 RPM. I was truly surprised by the minimal noise!
Well, I will mention first impressions on (Corsair Crystal 570X case, Ryzen 2700X processor, Asus ROG Crosshair Hero VII motherboard, Asus Radeon RX Vega 64 graphics card).
After a week of use, don't expect miracles, but it performs very well for the tasks it needs to do.
Let me explain for you to understand, in a cool room with the previous Wraith Prism cooler, I see a difference of 5-8 degrees in idle state, from 35-38 to 27-32 max in a 20-degree room. But when I turn on the heating, the temperature fluctuates between 36-45 in a 30-degree room (if you wonder why there is this temperature deviation, the Asus program shows separately for each processor core, not all of them work the same way for those who don't know, and this specific one has relatively high temperatures because it works permanently even in idle mode as if you have overclocked it to 4 to 4.2 with a current of 1.4).
The big difference is in beauty, in space saving, as you don't have a bulky cooler in the center of the computer, allowing you to easily make any changes you want, and especially in noise. The previous cooler would make more noise when the temperature increased, sounding like a helicopter, while this one is silent, easy to install, a bit large in size (you can get a smaller one if you prefer). In my case, I didn't have any difficulty putting it in front of the 3 pre-installed fans. I haven't tested it in games as I didn't have time due to work to provide details. There will probably be an update at some point, but I doubt there will be significant changes. With the cooler in a cool room at around 25 degrees, in Call of Duty WWII with all graphics settings maxed out, after 5 hours, I had 54 degrees, so I estimate that with liquid cooling, it will be around 50, but I'm not sure. I don't know if I helped, I just mentioned exactly what I have seen on my computer in detail, what I believe. If you have the money and care about aesthetics, it's worth it. If not, it's better to switch to a cheaper cooler that does a very good job, like a Noctua, which I believe is top-notch and will likely have similar temperatures.
Awesome cooler. It has been installed on an i7 8700k and everything is going smoothly. Just be careful with your case as its "refrigerator" is very big and it is very likely that it won't fit in all cases. Other than that, it's beautiful.
The only thing I have to note is that I thought the fans that come with it are not RGB.
Awesome cooling.. I have it on my i7-8700k.. at 4.4 GHz maximum temperature is 60 degrees.. under max load of the processor.. in idle usage it stays at 29-30 degrees with fans at 500rpm
I bought it a few days ago and installed it on an i7-8700k at 5.0Ghz with 1.340V, using 6 fans (3 included in the package and 3 HD fans in push-pull configuration). During stress tests with cinebench r15 / RealBench / AIDA64 Extreme / Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility, the temperatures reached 62 degrees Celsius for one hour. I should also mention that the CPU has been delidded. The installation was not difficult, it fit easily into the Corsair 570X case.
I bought it a few days ago and installed it on an i7-8700k at 5.0Ghz with 6 fans (3 from the package and 3 from the case in push-pull configuration). During the stress test I performed, first with cinebench r15 and then with the stress test in cpu-z, I noticed temperatures of 82-84 degrees and no matter how long I let the program run, it wouldn't go higher. I should also mention that the cpu is receiving 1.38v of power, which may be quite high and makes it hotter. Now, regarding the installation, it's not difficult, especially if you have dealt with pre-built liquid coolers before. It comes with 3 ML120 fans which are really quiet and efficient. The tubes are much more flexible and thinner compared to the H115i I had before. Of course, the cooler is quite bulky, but if you don't have much space or don't want to cram your things inside the case, go for the H115i PRO RGB, as it is exactly the same, it just has a dual radiator.
It does a good job of keeping the CPU cool under heavy load
If you want liquid cooling, stay away from Corsair, you will remember me.
