We have successfully entered the third year of our television show BEYOND THE STARS. We have explored our neighborhood, the Solar System. We have traveled at unreal speeds through the Kuiper Belt and the Oort Cloud. We have observed all types of stars, white dwarfs, red giants, as well as stellar remnants such as supernovae and neutron stars. We have passed by voracious black holes that devour entire worlds.

We have also taken a journey through time, learning about the history of astronomy and the great scientists such as Plato, Eratosthenes, Galileo, Newton, and Einstein. We have opened dusty books from ancient civilizations like the Babylonians and the Egyptians, and we have glimpsed into their notes on the functioning of the universe.

True to the saying "The written word remains, the spoken word flies away," we have decided to publish excerpts from our research in print form. The book you are holding in your hands is the first in a series that will follow, and it contains texts that were featured in the television shows as well as articles from the website of the Greek Research Organization and its magazine, KOSMOS.
