For the convenience of interested parties, we present a navigation guide with everything candidates need to know about the terms and conditions of the competition for hiring educators in public primary and secondary education.
First, we present the terms, briefly explaining what, how, and why the exams are conducted, and clarify the landscape regarding which graduates from which departments have the opportunity to participate in the competition and compete for an educational position, as well as the set of required qualifications (general and specific, by field and specialty) for appointment in education. Immediately after, we analyze the criteria that increase the score based on the degree, postgraduate studies, and educational experience. At the same time, we present all the data of the written exams, the grading criteria for the written exams, and everything candidates need to pay attention to. We also present the diplomas that are equivalent to the ASPAITE diploma, the special categories of participants (large families, individuals with physical disabilities, etc.), as well as the documents required for participation applications.
Finally, for the better preparation of candidates, we offer the topics on which the candidates of the previous competition were examined (cognitive subject, special teaching, and pedagogy) and analyze the statistical data on the demand and supply of positions, as well as the final participation of candidates by field and specialty.
