They clean the teeth very well since the bristles are very thin, while the gums are not injured at all since they are noticeably softer than the other 2.

It is a better version of the sensitive clean, it penetrates between the teeth more than the first choice, the cross action, and it is gentle on the gums for an electric toothbrush always. The issue with the sensitive clean was that its lifespan ended quickly, but the sensi ultra thin has improved in this aspect. Also, it does not clean plaque as well as the cross action, which rubs the teeth more and makes them "shine".
