I bought this pitcher a month ago for its advanced water purification technology and as a replacement for the classic Brita. It is obviously the healthiest choice on the market for pitchers, according to the description. I want to believe that it offers everything it describes as Orthomolecular water. I drink water all day, either plain or with green tea, and I have noticed that it doesn't have any taste or smell, but it feels more digestible and light. It leaves more salts in the kettle compared to Brita, but this may be due to its structure. If someone from the company reads this review, I would be interested to know why... Design-wise, the pitcher is cute, with a unique color and shape. The only observation is that the lid doesn't close properly and tends to come off every time you try to fill something. It's annoying, especially if the pitcher is full because the water spills. The filters are a bit pricey, but it's good that you change them every 2 months. I would highly recommend it.

Expensive jug, uncomfortable with small capacity and not a good handle. The lid does not fit easily and you have to deal with it every time to close it.

The jug is big and user-friendly. The filtering is very satisfactory. I believe it is worth its money.

The jug is a disgrace in terms of construction quality, compared to other well-known brands.
The filter doesn't hold up for more than two months, and I'm someone who won't even mention the difference in taste of the water within a month, and those things it claims with the stones it flirts with are.
The jug and filters are extremely expensive, don't even bother buying them, look for another company.

    The best there is!
It really quenches your thirst. It has a nice taste, like drinking spring water.
I have a Camelot home water filter and I used to drink a lot of water because I was constantly thirsty. Now I drink less water from the jug and I don't get thirsty at all. I was away from home for 3 days and didn't bring the jug with me, and after the first day I started feeling thirsty again.

Even though it reduces the water's TDS from 320 to 148.
After a week of use, I don't like the taste at all. It acquires a kind of "stuffy" taste from the minerals it contains.

I returned to simple carbon filters without any additional minerals.

    Positive:
The final product of the jug, namely the filtered water, is excellent.

    Negative:
The filter that you put in the jug does not screw in any way that would ensure the non-passage of unfiltered water into the space of the filtered water, and you have to pull and tighten the filter downwards every time. Design-wise, this is the company's worst mistake. I don't think it's a matter of difficulty in every case to do something like that, I just don't know to what extent there is the willingness. After communicating with the official support of the company.
It's a shame because otherwise their product is the 1st value for money in their category.

Whoever wants to break their nerves, should buy this jug! "It says" it takes a long time for the water to pass through, and with the lid, serious problem! It is also plastic, and God forbid if you want to put water in a glass, it leaks from everywhere!
From an ergonomic point of view.......(WHAT IS ERGONOMICS) It is not enough to have a jug, to pay for it in gold, which is not worth so much money for a plastic jug!
If it is an orthomolecular discovery like the jug, without any study on its use, then I'm sorry I threw away 138 euros, for the jug with 3 filters! I hope I'm fine!

I am very happy with the water. Its taste is very good! I did not have any issues with the jug's lid. One month after purchasing it, I use it daily and I consider it a good choice. I still have to see the durability of the filter, but it is still early.

The taste of the water is not strange and bitter like with other pitchers, regarding the quality I should test the water to verify that it does what it promises, overall it seems good.

I thought it comes with a filter + a spare filter, but it came with only one filter... In my opinion, a very good filter

During my pregnancy, my doctor, seeing my tests and ultrasound, shouted at me that I don't drink enough water.... I was drinking 2 bottled waters... I live in an area where tap water is not consumed... I started drinking water from the jug (I had it at home, but I didn't believe it..) and within a week, the difference was noticeable... My doctor told me bravo for consuming a larger quantity... I didn't change the quantity, but the quality!

Very good everything, but a pitcher of at least 58 euros should have a more ergonomic lid. You can't do a job with one hand if the other is busy holding a baby, for example

It filters the water to such an extent that when you get used to the taste from the pitcher, the water from your faucet seems quite heavy... It needs a filter change every two to three months, money worth spending. You have the feeling that you are drinking water from a spring.

The jug is possibly the best one available in the Greek market. I have another one from a different company, but I think the water quality is very good and the natural purification is better than other brands. The water is tasty. I have bought it as a gift two more times. My objection is with the lid, which falls if you don't hold it with your thumb while filling the glass, and the price is a bit high, just like the filters. I use the water for all beverages and also for cooking.

The water runs faster compared to the old jug (previous model). I hope it filters just as well

POSITIVES: The water is tasty, leaving much less salt compared to tap water.

NEGATIVES: Poor design. The lid comes off very easily and becomes annoying. It needs improvement. The filters are expensive.

I am a student in Athens for five years now. The tap water is not drinkable due to chlorine, so I installed a countertop filter to filter out pathogens and chlorine in general. It indeed does all of that. It cleans the chlorine as well. However, the water does not quench your thirst. As soon as I got the pitcher, the difference was noticeable from the first few sips in terms of taste and especially in the fact that this water truly quenches your thirst. It is true that the filters are a bit pricey... What I do is I fill it with filtered water so that clean water goes into the pitcher and I extend the lifespan of the filter. I change it every 90 days. For several months, I was buying bottled water until I discovered the pitcher. The water is satisfying because it is orthomolecularly enriched.

After years of using Tensa jugs and filters, the tap water in my house smells like chlorine! The water from the jug comes out without any odor and you can feel it's "pure".

I have also purchased the TENSA water filter jug, and it truly is a different water! It doesn't smell like chlorine at all, it has a very nice taste, you want to drink more, and as mentioned in a previous comment, it is more digestible and light. Also, in the previous comment it is mentioned that it leaves more salts in the kettle, but those are not salts, they are the metallic elements that are released into the water from the rare rocks contained in the filter, which are very beneficial for the body. And yes, the jug is adorable! So beautiful that even when I have guests, I have it on the table!
If the upper reservoir of the jug doesn't have water, then the lid doesn't come off. I fill the jug with enough water so that it all passes through the filter and is in the lower reservoir.
As for the price of the filter, it is much cheaper than if I bought bottled water, not to mention that I don't have to carry it. And the quality of the TENSA water is much much better!
