This volume contains:
(a) a concise presentation of the process of solving carriers with the classical, "manual" Method of Movements (MM), and
(b) a series of exercises aimed at consolidating the understanding of the basic reasoning of MM and its various assumptions.

The concise presentation is accompanied by a reminder of certain elements useful for the processing of the exercises, such as the convention of positive signs, the Williot diagram, the principle of possible works, and the methods of checking the results.
