I have a big problem with sleep. I started a new job and I was very anxious about how I would manage without sleep. I went to a psychologist, tried herbs, from simple chamomile to valerian. I tried yoga, which was the only thing that helped me sometimes. I was desperate. Based on the reviews on Scroutz, I decided to buy this product. And thankfully I did!!! As soon as I take melatonin, within half an hour I feel a dizziness and I want to sleep, especially on days when I am stressed, it has saved me!!! It is the first melatonin product I have bought. The dosage is 20 drops, but I feel the effects even with 10. I would suggest that anyone who buys it starts with a lower dosage than recommended. Finally, my fear of "what will happen if I can't fall asleep?" has gone away. Unfortunately, my sister, who also has sleep problems due to depression, did not notice any difference. She felt the dizziness but couldn't fall asleep. I would recommend anyone with a problem to give it a try.
I have a neurological issue and have been taking the hypnotic pill Stilnox for a year now, which works very well. Before that, I tried various herbal remedies (valerian in pill form, melatonin from Now Foods in pill form) and Zanax, but nothing worked. I bought this specific product in case I wanted to stop taking Stilnox, but it didn't work at all. Maybe because my body now needs something stronger. Maybe it could help someone with a "virgin" body.
It worked for me and I slept well. Only that if you continue it for a long time, the body gets used to it and it doesn't work afterwards. But that's not the product's fault.
I have tried Now's melatonin in both liquid and capsule form, and the result was desired in both cases! Within the first week, I started sleeping normally, without waking up in the middle of the night.
