Good little machine but it's not even 2 horsepower, not suitable for working in large fields with a lot of grass, not even as a joke
It looks fake, especially the handles. It has a hard trigger, good power at high levels, but not at low levels. I don't think it's a 3 horsepower. On the positive side, it is lightweight and doesn't tire you out. Compared to my 2 horsepower efco, only time will tell its durability
A reliable and powerful tool. I use it for amateur purposes, about 10 deposits per year. I perform maintenance on it every year, changing the filter, spark plug, and adding grease where needed. If you take care of it, it will never let you down. Very cost-effective in terms of what it offers. I have also bought a second one to use in the village.
After months, I can say that for its price, the purchase is worth it. I cut 30+ acres periodically in fields with thick grass and it handles it well with heavy attachments. I usually use it with a chain and other heavy accessories and it performs very well with a mixture ratio of 4 liters of 100ml green oil per tank. I let it rest for 10-15 minutes after each refueling to cool down because it tends to overheat when pushed too hard. Its consumption compared to a 1.5 horsepower machine is almost double when using chains and such, but more normal when using a trimmer head. It has some vibrations, but nothing terrible. The belt it comes with is not suitable for long hours of work. The protective cover it has is a bit flimsy, especially when using a chain disc for grass, it's okay. The main problem I have is that the gas throttle is too stiff, which becomes an issue when working for hours. It starts easily, but the screws need to be tightened properly, but not excessively, as they tend to come loose. Overall, for its price, it is a good machine. The negatives are the weight, the gas throttle, the protective cover, the screws on the frame, and the plastic on the handles, which are of slightly lower quality, but for the price, it's okay.
I bought it as a second one to use it with a thread, and the one I have (Kawasaki TJ53) with the disc.
Purchased on 23-08-21 for 128.10 euros, luckily I didn't buy it today, because I would only cry.
As soon as I took it out of the box, I realized that it has a slightly shorter handle than the one I have, causing the machine to "pull" and the head to lift from the grass. So you have to lean forward when working, so your waist goes for a spin.
I tried to work with it from 1-11-2021. (10 acres with olive trees cleaning around the roots, the grass) I lost 2 hours of my life before I went for a walk because it wouldn't start at all. Eventually it started after I drove 10 km to buy a spark plug. It worked and still works like it's dying.
The big joke was and still is in the field, with the thread it has in the package, 3mm, it didn't cut anything, because simply it doesn't accelerate quickly. I thought it's new, it needs to be adjusted, I worked with it for 4 hours, making fun of myself and the grass. At some point, I thought I heard them laughing!!!!.
I'm looking to find the 3hp.
I recently bought it. I mowed a 2-acre field with tall grass and small bushes. Tireless, without starting problems, with minimal vibrations. The next day, I changed the trimmer head to an aluminum one (photo) because the original one got damaged on woody stems. The machine literally took off. I consider it a professional machine with this head. I was thrilled.
Points to note: after 2 hours of use, check all the screws in case any have come loose.
The belt needs to be properly adjusted for each user, and the bicycle-style handlebar for comfortable use.
It is worth every penny and more.
I had minimal experience with a borrowed Kawasaki 45cc... I made the decision to get this specific Kraft... I have mechanical knowledge and when the machine arrived home, I tightened the screws and reassembled it with careful attention... I noticed sloppiness in its assembly... some loose screws and no grease in certain areas where it should have been, such as the crankcase and the cylinder head. The cylinder head had grease inside, though!
The engine started immediately... it needed some carburetor adjustments... I did two tank break-ins... idle and then I put it to the test... with an Oregon head on a plot of land that hadn't been cleared for 30 years... 12 acres of jungle... the machine started working powerfully and steadily... The head was hitting rocks... tree trunks... dry old branches... it kicked with every turn and the machine simply mowed through, not noticing anything... it demolished everything in its path... I'm amazed by its durability... I finished the plot and the machine is as I assembled it... I noticed some loosening in the screws of the guard... nothing else... after each use, I grease the cylinder head... for me, it's worth it and more... with proper handling, it can even be used professionally...
The use I make is professional and many machines have passed through my hands.
This particular one is quite good in terms of quality (with an aluminum handle and decent plastic parts) and relatively lightweight. It starts easily and works without interruptions until the fuel runs out (or until you get tired). As for its drawbacks, 1) its performance is lazy at low to medium speeds and good at high speeds, resulting in increased noise that can be tiring 2) the air filter is a small circular sponge that provides little protection in a dusty environment. However, given its price, these things don't matter. (The hitec husqvarna 553 has similar performance, with a worse quality vest and costs four times as much).
I give it 5 stars considering the price of the product. I knew what I was buying, I didn't buy it blindly or for professional use. Its plastic parts may look fake, but they are not completely useless. It starts right away and cuts everything. The included belt is literally useless, no matter how much you adjust it, it's not suitable for this job. You should buy a new one, personally I bought the Oregon brand for 35 euros. The trimmer head is also useless, it's not even good for emergency use. The cord breaks on its own if you hit a hard object or sometimes it gets tangled inside. The cords they give as a gift are only worth the 3mm one, but it also breaks on tough grass, the 2mm one that is already pre-installed is useless. In other words, someone will need to buy a new trimmer head and belt. However, as a grass trimmer, it is good and powerful. Time will tell. If anything breaks, I will comment again.
Edit 10-10-20: After cutting the grass on my 4-acre property 5-6 times, I only have good things to say, not a single negative. It doesn't hesitate anywhere, I don't take breaks for it to cool down, even in the middle of summer with temperatures of 35 degrees Celsius. I only take the time it needs to refill the tank when it runs out. It only turned off for about 40 seconds. I left it on the side for a month and used it again today, and it started right away on the 10th try. On the 8th try, with the choke pulled, it obviously "popped," and on the 10th try, it started. It probably needed a spark plug cleaning before I parked it on the side. Definitely, you will need another belt and if you cut grass, another trimmer head.
The machine is very good, 52 cubic, it produces 3 hp, it is the new model, mixture ratio 1:50, the manual says 1:40, it seems sturdy, it starts immediately, it has a 28mm handle and the price is 119.
After two days of working with it for a few hours in the garden for leveling with a 3mm aluminum head with four outlets, and today I cut about an acre of dense vegetation, bushes, and anything it found, it turned it into mush with a 4mm square Oregon head. I can say that the machine is very good and it has enough power to handle the 4mm head very well. It consumes about 750ml of gasoline and cuts for about an hour. I am very satisfied with the machine and it starts immediately, whether it's warm or cold, with the proper procedure.
I have had the machine for 2 years. It seems quite good for the money and the amateur use I give it. Every time it runs out of gasoline, I take a 15'-30' break as a precaution for the engine. It is a quite powerful machine and it doesn't seem to struggle. When I bought it, it came with an attachment in the packaging that supports both shoulders and doesn't tire much during use.
The gasoline container burst at the seam inside the rear left screw and was leaking gasoline. The exhaust screws loosen with minimal use and due to vibrations, the exhaust plate behind, which is screwed to the chassis, breaks. The plate breaks from the side of the exhaust, causing hot exhaust gases to escape back and down, melting the fuel tank, creating a hole and damaging the kickstarter. No matter how tight you tighten the exhaust screws, they constantly loosen and break. As soon as you get it new, you need to cut the rear plate of the exhaust, remove the exhaust screws, and replace them with other steel screws from the back. I passed a thick wire fence around the cylinder, passing through the exhaust screws, tightly wrapping it around the exhaust. It wiggles a bit but doesn't come off, it works fine now. It doesn't like to be constantly revved with full throttle, as much as possible, keep it at low RPMs. It doesn't take other bells, I put a Kawasaki one and it broke in half, for half the price you can get a new bell base, bell, and bearing, around 45 euros. If you can, put the brake shoes and screws from Oleomac or Efko 746 in the gearbox, they are heavy-duty and cost about ten euros more, and then you will be a boss. The Chinese brake shoes wear out quickly and the Chinese screws come out of the shoes and prematurely damage the bell
