Everything is good, I must say, except that the attachment for body trimming only cuts very short hair. You will need to first trim with the basic head, and then use the head for smooth skin. As for its battery life, I don't even discuss it, it's unlimited. Because I always recharge the battery after each use, after using it for over an hour, it continues for two to three hours until it is fully discharged. It is suitable for everything else except body trimming.
Amazing machine, you really forget to charge it. I use it about once a week for demanding trimming and it has never run out of battery. In 3 months, I only plug it in once to be sure. The heads are also top-notch.
I have been thinking for a while to buy a good machine for shaving mainly but also for grooming. This particular one has many attachments, I don't use them all but it's good that they exist. One charge lasts for 3 months (with a maximum of 10 uses per month). It is powerful and gives a nice and proper result.
The best purchase I have made in a shaving / grooming machine, all the others broke within a month!

Good battery. Until there. In less than 1.5 years, with 1-2 uses per month, it broke. The technician opened it and it was full of moisture and rust. Second Philips (not the same model) that breaks so quickly. Waterproofing below average.
By far the best hair clipper, combining multiple uses. I use it for haircuts and body trimming, always satisfied. I got it on sale for 55€ about 2 years ago.
I use the MG7720 limitedly, weekly trimming on my mustache.

For this specific use, the result is satisfactory, it doesn't leave any unevenness.
The battery lasts a long time, around 8-15 minute uses approximately.

The head comes off easily, personally I'm not a fan.
Not very ergonomic, the on/off button is close to where you handle the machine, resulting in sometimes accidentally turning it on or off during use.
For the purchase price of €50 (including €3 shipping), I rate it 3/5.
The evaluation does not take into account the competition's alternatives. I chose this specific one because my previous machine was Philips and it lasted me many years, so I chose the machine with the best reviews in this budget.
It broke in less than a year. It stopped charging and it seems to have a problem with moisture. Although it is waterproof, when the technician opened it, he saw that both the motor and the circuit board were filled with water.
I think that the positive reviews are a bit exaggerated...
Good quality of the machine, but the accessories require huge attention because with sudden movements you will quickly be looking for replacements.
The main attachment is indeed powerful, be careful it cuts sometimes, the other attachments are just there in the box... The attachment for the nose is a joke, the attachment for the body if you don't pass it through about ten times you won't see a difference, so first with the main attachment and then with the body attachment... for the lower area stay away unless you want to run.

I think that 35-40 euros is a good price for what it offers, not even close...
For the money, I am very satisfied and the hairs do not get stuck because the blades function in a way that throws the hairs out. It also includes a small cleaning brush. The battery is immortal. I have been using it for several years and it has served me well. It is also quite satisfactory for body hair, although not as fast as more expensive machines.
It does what it says... everything has been tested, everything works perfectly. It doesn't clog at all. Very powerful. I've been using it for a year now, of course, as an amateur.
From a short period of use, I am very satisfied, a lot of progress compared to another brand product I had before. Many attachments to try different styles and hair lengths, quite comfortable and soft in contact with the skin (except for any very sensitive areas) and quite satisfactory cleaning options (I have not washed the body of the machine with water out of hesitation, but all other attachments). For the many options it offers, as well as its nice design and feel, it deserves 5 stars to start with.
As long as it was working, it did its job well. Using it once a week and not in water, it lasted for about 2 years. The battery lasts a long time and the accessories are sufficient for trimming. However, the attachment for shaving is almost useless... it doesn't do the job.
For any man considering it, it is highly recommended. It is one of the highest quality in its category. It has a plethora of accessories that cover its purpose. Specifically, the MG7720/15 also has a carrying pouch that covers most of them. Let's get practical now: The machine (or trimmer) is amazing, and let me explain: Its accessories are: 1 attachment for nose and ears, 2 specific attachments for body trimming at 3 & 5 mm, 1 for body shaving which works for body, armpits, and sensitive areas fearlessly, 3 attachments for hair at 9, 12, 16 mm respectively, for the beard there are 3 attachments for trimming: 1, 2, 3-7 adjustable mm, and additionally another attachment that, like the nose/ear one, fits on the trimmer and is for facial shaving, the main blade on the trimmer and finally another attachment that fits on the trimmer for facial details and is essentially a small blade. All of these, of course, cover the buyer's needs with proper use and a look at the leaflets. Of course, some attachments can be used in multiple areas depending on what suits each person. All attachments, the trimmer, and the charger fit in the carrying pouch. Regarding maintenance, I, like other users, use Wahl's oil "Wahl Professional Clipper Oil 118 ml", 2-3 drops on the blades after each shave and they will last a very long time since, I forgot to mention earlier, the main blade is self-sharpening so the oil helps it as well. In conclusion, you will do your job safely thanks to its attachments, you will shave or trim your beard and body easily and quickly, you will groom as you want, and you will have a clean nose and ears. With the declaration on the Philips website, you get a one-year warranty extension.
Generally, this "do-it-all and cost-effective" made me hesitate before purchasing. However, I trusted the quite good reviews and went ahead with the purchase. So, my initial fear was confirmed!
Complete disappointment, like, I regret the 55€ I spent.
I mainly wanted it for three things: 1) cleaning of nose-ears, 2) trimming at the lowest level, for a 2-3 day stubble look, and occasionally 3) a full razor-like shave (as promised by one of the attachments). The first two had satisfactory results (for the second one, I used the metal attachment that comes attached from the factory). However, it's the third one that really made me want to break it. Zero results. Not so-so. Zero!!! It was like I was trying to shave with a dead machine. After 10 minutes of trying, I closed it and used a razor.
And I tried everything: dry shaving, wet shaving, against the grain, parallel to the grain, perpendicular to the grain, with the machine tilted, with the machine perpendicular, and with all possible combinations. Nothing!
I will only keep it for trimming and nose-ear cleaning, and for shaving, I will buy the Panasonic es-lv67, expensive but a tool.
That's it from me, if anything changes in the future with my experience with the Philips, I will update.
Simply tragic. I started cutting with this new machine and halfway through, I switched back to my old one. I'm just crying over my money
Excellent machine for shaving and trimming. Not suitable for cutting hair as it has a small surface area and very short combs. If you want it for cutting hair, prefer another machine. However, it is perfect for shaving and trimming
It broke in two years and the company replaced it due to warranty. In the first year, the new one broke and was not replaced after the initial warranty expired. As for its performance, it is good, but it is not durable and waterproof. The battery cannot be changed either

I have had it for a while and I am very satisfied. I don't have many demands though, I use it for beard and body trimming.
After 5 years, my Philips fell and broke! Now I bought this one today! I can say that it is very good!! It can be used for both trimming and shaving!!
I have been using it for 2 years on a daily basis and it doesn't get stuck anywhere. I clean it easily without the brush, using the vacuum cleaner, and no hair remains on the machine. I use it only on the sides for my hair, I haven't used it on the whole head and it doesn't get stuck there either. The battery is perfect, after two years I make sure it doesn't completely discharge and I don't charge it to the maximum. The only downside is that without the attachment, it doesn't catch any hair. For its price, it is very good. The next one I will buy will be the MG7785/20, which I believe is the top of this series and I will also have the attachments from it. I forgot to mention that because I constantly used the attachment that catches the hair, it broke after two years, but I found a replacement for it for 15€. Basically, all the attachments are available as replacements when I was searching.
The first time I bought it, within 5 years it suddenly decided not to work again. I bought it again. I use it once a week for trimming and shaving. The battery lasts a long time. It also cleans easily and is lightweight.
I use it more for body and also a little for favorites. I would like it to be slightly wider but otherwise it is much better than a well-known Chinese brand from which I had bought 3 clippers in the past. It is lightweight, does not heat up, and has many attachments. For amateur use, it is very good
It broke down after 1 year of normal use, suddenly stopped charging and was sent for service where the damage was confirmed, while it was working quite satisfactorily.
Positives: It cuts very well (needs caution near the lips), it is lightweight, and it is quite quiet. The battery has lasted for 6 shaves and continues to work.
Negatives: For storage/transportation, it requires a base construction or the purchase of a case, as the included case is not secure and it is highly likely that the heads will break. The cleaning brush included in the package is laughable, you will need to purchase a larger one if you don't already have one from an old machine. The shaving head (second from the left in the first row) is useless. The construction materials make it easy to use but they appear to be of low quality. Lastly, it is not waterproof under any circumstances. I used it for 2 minutes in the shower as a test and when I removed the head, there was moisture inside. Therefore, cleaning can only be done with the brush.
I have had the machine for two years and it still shaves like the first day. The machine is not so much for a close shave, but the lowest attachment is quite close. It is mainly for trimming and it does it very well. It takes a lot of hair without clogging. The battery still lasts a whole month even if you refresh often. And most importantly, it has a very sturdy construction, a good size compared to others, and for its price, the waterproof feature is very good.
