I bought this specific pillow because of its popularity that I saw here on Skroutz. It comes in 12cm and 16cm height options and is only available in medium firmness. I have the one with 12cm height. I sleep on my side and it has been very comfortable for me, I am satisfied.
Update: Since I was very satisfied with it, I decided to order more. Unfortunately, the new ones that I received do not sink as they should, for some inexplicable reason they are harder and not suitable for sleep. When I sleep on my side, it is somewhat tolerable, but when I sleep on my back, the firmness strains my neck, resulting in fatigue and pain after a few days of use. This problem only exists in the pillows from my latest order. Obviously, there is no consistent quality in the foam, and all the comments here, both positive and negative, correspond to reality. It softens minimally or not at all with use... I have tried to break them in a lot, but there is no result. Only the first one I bought is good.
What can I say... Whoever feels lucky can order and take their chances...
I use it daily for about 2 years and my sleep has improved significantly as before I often woke up with a stiff neck or shoulders. For the past 2 years, I haven't woken up with any stiffness. Pay attention to the correct measurement of the distance from the neck to the shoulders for the head to be at the right height.
It did not satisfy me at all at all!!!! The head is not "embraced" by the supposed memory foam but remains stiff!
Really a waste of money that I spent!
I have had it for almost two years, it is soft and very comfortable, it's just a little small. Once you get used to it, you won't easily part with it. It is definitely worth the 38 euros I bought it for, there may be better ones out there, but I don't think at such a low price
I bought it for my wife but it didn't suit her, it delighted me. I have never found a better one. It is not classified as soft or even medium, it is a firm pillow. But it suits me well, it supports my neck very well. At first, it made the side of my head a little numb, but I got used to it because I was used to a softer one. Now I wouldn't change it for anything. The price is around 40 euros with a Scroutz order, and there is a catch, sometimes because there are no available large drawers, they ask you to reorder it directly to the address so that it doesn't delay. There are three thickness dimensions: 16, which is the tallest, 12, the medium one, and 10, the thinnest. I have also ordered the 16 height and I will inform you about the differences. I believe it is more suitable for tall people
The worst thing I have ever tried, honestly. It caused me a problem in my neck. After a long period of suffering, as soon as I changed the pillow, I noticed a noticeable improvement
While when you lie down it seems very soft and comfortable, when you wake up you feel like you slept on something hard. I wouldn't buy it again, of course the pillow is a very personal matter and you can't judge it from the comments!
Attention to the dimensions. This specific pillow is smaller than usual.
It is also quite hard. Personally, it didn't work for me.
Update: It's actually a matter of habit. It doesn't seem so hard to me anymore. Give it some time to get used to it before rejecting it.

The 3 stars are purely for the size. Quality-wise, it's flawless, I can't complain. But the dimensions? I really don't know how some companies measure their products. If they mean how many centimeters the case is before inserting the foam, pulling it from left to right, I don't know, maybe with a little stretching it can become 40x60. The measurement is off. I reluctantly accepted the 40x60, and when I saw 35x55, it bothered me. Like, if you switch sides from left to right, you have to adjust the pillow, otherwise you end up outside. I don't know, maybe I'm being picky, but the size is small. It's not mine, I spoke with the company and they opened two more pieces. They're all just 35x55. And obviously, the measurement is done vertically with an attempt to stretch it. It doesn't change anything.
Good but ..... It takes exactly the shape of your head and has excellent memory foam. I would like it a little bigger and finally you can't call it soft. I can't imagine how the average one is then.

Good quality materials. With an additional case for washing. Slightly harder than I expected. I have another one from a different company and it is softer.
The pillow is probably good, but for me it doesn't make it softer and thinner as I wanted. The pillow doesn't embrace the head, it may need a few washes and use to soften, but I can't sleep a minute with it
From a young age, I used to sleep on what my mother called "pillows," which were basically bricks. Poor mother, what can you say to her now... She would put a little cotton inside and as soon as it was filled, she would put a pillowcase on top. When you woke up, you felt like you had been hit with slippers on your neck, during sleep, it was not comfortable at all.
At 23, and with my first money, I decided to invest in a good pillow, to break bad habits and become a better person. I tried this one out as I was waiting for anything to be surely better than what I had. However, I did not expect such a big difference:
I have been using it daily for a week now. The pillow is indeed made of memory foam material and "remembers" the areas that put pressure on it. Where I rest my head, it softens and molds accordingly, not to the point of sinking but just enough. Someone coming from a "feather" pillow, very soft, could describe it as a hard pillow. It depends on where you come from. To me, it seems like the softest thing in the world. As for the anatomical part, I do not know, but I definitely do not feel the slightest discomfort. I hold it with my left arm (from above) and the other arm underneath (as support for my head), literally becoming one with it.
The quality will show over time with various washings, which I will obviously do by hand to increase its durability over the years. It comes with a carrying case, which is a positive surprise that I did not expect. It shows that the company respects the customer and its products. I will come back after 1 year of use to complete my experience, however, the initial impressions show that it is a very good, quite soft, and convenient pillow!
Update 23/0/2023 (1 year & 2 months of use): The pillow has definitely softened compared to the first day, just as I expected/wanted. I sweat a lot in the summer due to the lack of air conditioning, so I wash it in a large basin with lukewarm water, 1-2 times, until I see clear water. The above washing does not seem to have affected it in any way, and with that in mind, I thought of keeping it once every 6 months (before and after the summer). Take it without hesitation if you do not have any issues affecting your sleep, it is one of the best value for money and I would buy it again!
Very good, quality and comfortable pillow, maybe I would prefer it a little longer in length to fit more snugly in standard pillowcases
I think for my case it is low so I will also get the 16-inch to be sure.

Just give it some time. Personally, it took me 30-40 days to get used to it. I am 1.75 meters tall and weigh 72 kilograms. Size 12 is ideal
I bought the pillow for my mother to improve her sleep. It doesn't have any issues with the neck or back, so I can't recommend it for people with problems (it would be good to consult a specialist). The pillow is quite comfortable and convenient for sleeping on your side. However, it is quite high and not suitable for other sleeping positions.

I bought it for my husband because he was complaining about back and neck pain and he found relief! Very comfortable and greatly improves sleep quality! I can confirm it myself, as I have a cervical issue and only sleep on a specific pillow, it's amazing!
It is very small, you will say it is orthopedic, at first it is a bit hard, it holds your head where it should be, after 2 weeks it softens and your head falls, resulting in you waking up with a stiff neck the next day. It is suitable for a 10-year-old child, not for an adult. It is not worth it, better to try it before buying from reviews. Otherwise, everyone sleeps differently.
Well, I have had this particular product for 4 months now. It is relatively good and comfortable, but it is somewhat small in size. Overall, if you compare it to the price it has, it could cost around 25 euros instead of 34, based on its size.
I heard the comments of others and decided to buy it. Having other good pillows, as I have neck problems, I have perhaps a complete experience and opinion. I bought the tall pillow even though I had concerns... as I am tall and have a wide shoulder, I read the comments and convinced myself that it is the right one. Incredibly convenient for my needs. Neither hard nor soft, it supports the neck and head correctly and it didn't take me any time to get used to it (that was the most pleasant thing of all).

I have had a great time with this pillow. Sleep is incredibly enjoyable. As soon as I lay down, I fall asleep for fun. Initially, I only bought it for myself (due to headaches & migraines). Once I saw how much it's worth, I bought another one for my wife. In the end, I will order 2 more for my children.
(So far, I haven't woken up with a headache like before).
