I really didn't expect such a result. I cleaned and washed my 280sqm terrace and applied the first coat diluted with 50% water, the second coat as it was after a week, and the third coat also undiluted after 5 days, I did it at night without sun.
The house was boiling in May, now in August with heatwaves, and the difference is 7-8 degrees lower.
When I bought it, they told me 2-3 degrees. Very satisfied. Now, if it withstands for years, I don't know, but even if you have to apply a coat every 3-4 years for such a result, it's worth it.

I used this product on my terrace three years ago.
Initially, I did a thorough cleaning of the mosaic with a pressure washer. I applied a very diluted first coat and then two more coats in a cross pattern.
For a 110 sqm terrace, I used four 25kg of this specific product.
This spring, when I went to see the condition of the terrace floor, I noticed that in many areas the mosaic started to show through, indicating that the elastomer has been washed away by rainwater. I have no other explanation for this phenomenon.
If you ask me if I will use it again, I say no.

Incredible insulation! It spreads very easily without dilution, and with two crossed hands, you achieve incredible results. Here's what you need to do:
1) Clean the surface very well with a pressure washer! If you don't have a pressure washer, scrub it well with a hard brush and water.
2) After letting the surface dry well for 2-3 days, and after the pores have absorbed any water, apply a coat of Durostick's Aquafix primer. Dilute it by 50%, and you will still see amazing results.
3) After 24 hours of applying the primer, start applying the first coat of insulation in one direction for the entire surface you have.
4) And here's the secret that no one mentions anywhere, and it's not written anywhere: after the first coat, you will notice that even after 24 hours, the surface is still sticky despite being dry. You must leave it for another 24 hours, a total of 48 hours, to apply the second coat. When applying the second coat, go in a crossed direction to the one you did before, and you should move somewhat quickly because the surface is still sticky. If you stay in one spot for too long, there is a chance that part of the insulation will come off on your shoe.
After finishing the second coat, leave it as it is, and as the manufacturer says, the full curing of the insulation occurs on the 8th day. After that, you will notice that the surface still sticks, so just pour water over the entire surface! Don't worry, after 5-6 days of applying it, it will have dried well, so pouring water will simply remove the surface stickiness. I covered a surface of 60 square meters with 2 buckets of 25 liters each, for both coats. The temperature in the house also dropped by 2 degrees, and the house cools down faster once the sun sets.

After cleaning the terrace very well, we applied the primer from the same company. Then, we applied the high dilution waterproofing with a 50% dilution, and the second coat as it is, already diluted from the first coat. The material became very strong and sealed the surface with the first application, while the second coat fills any gaps and becomes pure white. The waterproofing costs 77€ and the primer costs around 25-30€ (5 liters), incredible result. Tip 1: Apply the primer as it is. Tip 2: Clean the terrace very well. Tip 3: Take your time and let it dry (I left it for 2 days + the day of application). I wasn't in a hurry and applied the first and second coats in a crisscross pattern

We washed it very well and after letting it dry thoroughly so that it doesn't have any moisture, we primed it with the same material diluted with 50% fragrance after closing the cracks first. We covered a 125m2 terrace with 5 buckets, 2 hands crossed, and it turned out AMAZING! We did the same with the tiles and a wall that the terrace has on one side (we sanded them well first because they were covered in mold).

Apart from the initial priming, we didn't dilute it at all. It spread perfectly without sticking. With 400 euros, we solved the problem of the terrace, not to mention that because it has the highest reflectivity coefficient, it cooled down the house and stopped it from overheating! In previous years, we would turn on the air conditioning from May!
