Very good kitchen machine, it is just a little heavy to carry for someone who will not have it permanently on their kitchen counter, but will store it in a cabinet.

It is an excellent product with a powerful motor, and it makes your dough, cookies, or cake much faster. Where I used to cook for 4 hours in my kitchen, now I will be able to do more things with dough in less time. It is quite heavy as a device, but that is good because when you make bread, it doesn't move around on the countertop! The device also has a blender, so that's another advantage.

I come back after about a year to share my experience. I was so satisfied that I highly recommend it. Yes, you might say it has many models and how do you know? Before I bought it, I researched it extensively, and in general, I prefer to buy something that is more expensive and a well-known brand rather than something that will break or not do what I want. That's why I say go for it without hesitation!

The only drawback is that if you put it on high speed, it shakes and you have to supervise it, which happens in almost all kitchen machines!
I don't regret at all not getting the XL. It is perfect for a family! It's worth its money!

For amateur use, it is just what you need. I have made bread and tsoureki and it's worth every penny. No comparison at all with the conventional mixers I had. If you can find it and get it in interest-free installments, even better!

I have it for 6 months. It easily withstands the high speed dough for 1kg of flour for tsoureki. However, you need to be careful because it moves during this phase. It's worth adding accessories to it, but they are very expensive. The bowl is a good size. Everything can be washed in the dishwasher.

Very good, the only thing I notice is that it has more vibrations (shakes) compared to the normal, meaning in relation to the previous one, it may be normal because I don't have much experience except from the previous 25-year-old Philips

We paid 500 euros and it had a broken motor, a faulty circuit board, and a defective drum. We were informed that replacement is not possible, only repair. So we paid 500 euros for a repaired mixer. The company's customer service is unacceptable. We wasted our money.

I think it is a very good machine especially for most of us who are amateurs. Quality construction, powerful motor, easy cleaning, the attachments can also go in the dishwasher. The drum is very good. I highly recommend it.

We have had the mixer for a week. We made a 1.2kg bread with about 300gr of sourdough and 600ml of water, resulting in a mixture of 2.3kg net weight with the bowl weighing 2.985kg. The machine worked flawlessly.
Second attempt with a 1.2kg dough for tsoureki, with flour, water, etc. The final dough in the bowl weighed 2.4kg without the bowl, around 3.100kg with the bowl.
The mixer works perfectly, very satisfied since it was mainly purchased for bread and tsoureki. For cakes, etc., it doesn't even notice.
In hard doughs, because the dough gathers on the axis, if you have high speeds, you need to hold it because it moves (not much, but it's good to hold it), which is very natural due to the dough. Imagine that it is one of the heaviest, around 7kg, compared to the smaller one in its category from the company, which weighs only 4.5kg, which is very important when it comes to doughs because it is more stable on the counter.

I don't know if we are unlucky, but when I tried to make juices with the blender, it started acting up, meaning it would increase and decrease the speed even though I had it set at half or even 1 (note that the max is at 7). Then, I tried to make a cake and it was making strange noises, like a car that revs up and down even though it's idling! Unacceptable for a kitchen appliance that doesn't cost 50 euros, but is on sale for 300 euros! Now, I have sent photos to the store where I bought it and I am waiting for a response to return it and get a refund. Of course, I won't get the same one again, but a different brand!
P.S. After a month of returning the device to the company we bought it from and daily annoyance to see what's happening with our case, their indifference is infuriating. I have requested a refund and staying away from Kenwood!

I wanted it more for dough/pastry, but it is handy for everything!
One disadvantage, not regarding the kitchen machine of course, is that a small spatula that comes with it is plastic and not silicone!!! It's the first time in my life that I see a kitchen accessory made of plastic and not silicone!
Obviously, it is for mixtures to help them detach from around the bowl and to clean it well, it doesn't promise anything more, but while I was making a dessert and roasting hazelnuts in the pan, I used the small spatula and it melted and ruined the hazelnuts!
But as a kitchen machine and for household use, it is worth its money and more!!!!!

It doesn't chew on anything. It has been filled for 6 months now. I make at least 2 desserts a week, among other things, including doughs that are supposed to make the motor difficult. Here, absolutely nothing! The only quote negative was that the ingredients stuck quite a bit to the sides of the drum at first, but this is easily solved with an adjustment to the fitting of each component.
