    I'm sorry. This specific concealer dries very quickly. Before applying it, it would be good to moisturize your eyes. They should be hydrated. If you have issues with lines and bags, do not use it as it makes the problems appear more intense and dries out. It is not a reliable product. I recommend it to those who do not have the aforementioned issues.
