In the study "Spatial organization and time management of administrative courts" an proposal is attempted for the reorganization of administrative justice, as well as the judicial system more broadly, based on modern European and international standards, with the aim of creating an effective system for resolving disputes that ensures the substantive enjoyment of individual judicial protection and allows for the smooth functioning of society and the state. The pillars of the new organization of administrative justice are, on the one hand, the rearrangement of judicial spatial planning and, on the other hand, the introduction of new methods for managing judicial material, both by the administrations of Administrative Courts and by administrative judges at an individual level.
