The subject of the study is the search for the appropriate - in terms of current law - solutions to the problem of calculating damages in cases of tort liability and the attempt to formulate a as comprehensive as possible proposal against the established positions of case law. The proposed solution in the study is formulated with the perspective of being practically applicable and contributing to the disentanglement of Greek case law from disputed positions, the application of which sometimes leads to unsatisfactory results from the perspective of critical legislative evaluations.
