How to curb the populist wave that threatens to sweep our democracies? How to prevent the dissolution of the European Union? To put an end to unreliable economic policies, to isolate the supporters of austerity, to fight against inequalities, it is urgent to promote the democratization of the Eurozone.

The treaty draft presented and commented here was prepared by a group of experts in various fields (legal, political scientists, and economists) who worked for the pre-election campaign of Benoit Hamon. This treaty can be ratified as is by the countries that accept it. Its text is accompanied by an introduction that presents in simple terms the process of its adoption. And our goal is no other than to encourage every citizen to acquire knowledge of the European dialogue and to encourage various social forces to contribute to the improvement of this plan, in order to overcome the deep pessimism that pervades us today.
