I have tried many similar products (for washing). So far, it is the only one that does not cause dryness in the nose after a long period of use. I suppose it is because of the hyaluronic acid it contains. I recommend it!
Result I saw after 4 days, using it twice a day, and it helped me breathe better through my nose. At first, it seems difficult but it becomes a habit.
The packaging includes a silicone bottle that helps you pour the mixture into the nostril (slightly tilt forward, breathe through the mouth, and press the bottle once we have inserted the bottle's nozzle into the nostril properly, and press gently until it comes out from the other nostril). It took me a few days to get used to it, but the result helped me enjoy my sleep
I bought another one for the kids.. Unfortunately, I caught H1N1.. I didn't expect it to do such an incredible job as you can clean even the smallest particles in a very congested nose. Honestly, get it without any second thoughts.
TIP: instead of constantly buying expensive bags, just fill it with saline solution.

In this particular case, the hyaluronic acid contained in the saline solution makes the difference. It moisturizes the nasal cavity and leaves a lasting feeling of softness. The container does not apply very well to the nose compared to a popular product from another company. However, the solution is much superior.
