The book presents the 14 categories of goalkeeper training, which are presented both in order of priority and by age. Each training category includes a rich and specialized exercise program accompanied by photographic material and illustrative sketches. In total, there are 168 exercises that cover every aspect of specialized goalkeeper training.

This book does not aim to discover something new or innovative. Its only goal is to organize what is already known. Its creation was made to meet the needs that arise from daily training with young goalkeepers, which lays the foundation for analysis, programming, and adaptation of the methodology to the individual needs of each goalkeeper.
