One-handed pruning shears
High-performance, ergonomic, and small, specially designed for left-handers.
Cut cleaner and closer with the compact multi-purpose pruning shears (pruner) FELCO 17, which combines comfort and efficiency. The rotating handle reduces muscle strain, ensuring the enjoyment of precision cutting from the first cut to the end of pruning tasks.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Very good cutting and very good grip. It easily cuts 30 millimeter branches. But without any replacement blade like the packages used to have in the past
It requires some time and a change in the way of use due to the rotating handle.
It's Felco, excellent quality obviously.
The 4 stars are only because the safety is difficult to use. Handle, cutting, 5-star blades. It is a grape harvesting garden scissors. For pruning small branches, it is not suitable, only for larger ones.
The information that battery-powered scissors are available on the market has not yet reached. With the same amount, you can get a very good battery and press the trigger for only eight hours. The strange thing is that the same company produces batteries with costs three or four times higher than others that do the same job! Overrated. Now, because I have tried them before buying, the Lowe brand cuts much better! Just look for it
Maybe it fits better on my fingers, but I prefer the "sibling" felco 6, which I would give 5 stars. The rotating handle did not impress me, so 4 stars for that. Otherwise, the top quality materials are present here as well.
The pruning shears are lightweight and cut very well. It looks very high quality and is worth its money. Time will tell its worth.
The technical specifications are only for cutting flowers and fruits and for light pruning. It cuts exceptionally well, small diameter branches. It is ideal for pruning vines. The opening is prohibitive for large diameter branches. The handles are quite weak in applying strong pressure on them for thick and hard branches. Otherwise, it is lightweight and easy to use.
The best for all jobs.
In vineyards, olive groves, and wild areas.
You can easily cut large diameter branches.
Quite good. I bought it to finely chop plant residues for composting and for pruning trees and vegetables. I am waiting for February to try it on the trees.
Perfect! It is one of the best pruning shears in the classic series of the felco company. After the old school felco2, comes the felco11, with some improvements. Value for money!
I bought the scissors for my husband, who lost his 30-year-old felco in the field (orange trees) and inherited it from his father. On the first day he used it, he told me, "It's unbelievable, it's like cutting butter." The rotating handle, which made it a bit difficult for him to use in the first 10 minutes, transfers the pressure applied to the fingers to the palm, making cutting easier.
A little expensive, but worth its money.
The rotating handle is particularly ergonomic and comfortable. I highly recommend it.
Strong, not too heavy, suitable for large hands and branches up to 3 cm! It can be easily handled with one hand (it is only for right-handed people) but also with both hands, for tougher cuts. Its leather (made in USA) case is larger, specially made for this purpose. The ergonomics of the scissors are good, personally, however, I would prefer the handles to be wider and more non-slip (like in more expensive Bahco models).
Excellent ergonomics, possibly better than the Felco 8! (However, there have been cases where the rotating handle "comes loose"...)
Simply mediocre, with a heavy name and overpriced.... Inferior to pruners that cost 15 and 30 Euros. It was recommended to me as the ultimate tool, but beyond the price I paid, it doesn't have anything else high-quality. Also, something is not right with the blades as they broke immediately after a few cuts of branches...
After this, it is the electric one. Restful, lightweight, and reliable. It is worth its money and more
Good.. tree pruning... lightweight.. if you start pruning with this shear, when you grab another one you won't like it. Durable blade, a little expensive but worth it
