The best game in its genre to date. It is unthinkable not to have it in the library of a "dedicated" gamer. It does not belong to open world games. It has a category of its own that could be called "Real world". This cannot be described. And we are talking about a game from 18 which you think is from 22-23. Get it ...yesterday!
The truth is that although the game is very old, it does not negate the fact that when there is an amazing job of building and setting up, it remains timeless for years. Having initially the role of Arthur Morgan and in the last part of the game of John Marston, you face the Far West, in all its magnitude. Wonderful graphics and sound, the story if you include the side quests is captivating, the gameplay functional and simple, your characters stay, a huge map to explore with different climates, animals, weather, and cities. Very large in size, many activities to do and engage in or simply possibly just gaze at the environment. The multiplayer is also at a very good level. A gem and not a hidden one.
What to say first about this game.. movies should be blind for the scenarios.... playing exceptional games like ghost of tushima the last of us and many more yet none surpasses and never will surpass this exceptional game.. congratulations to the creators

From a pure gameplay perspective, the game has a static, simplistic combat system, as well as a large percentage of missions where essentially you just follow the world. However, this game doesn't sell you on gameplay but atmosphere. The exceptional graphics, the incredible story, and even the monotonous gameplay combine to create a masterpiece experience centered around the end of an era and the beginning of the next. Every aspect of the game is dedicated to putting us in the shoes of Arthur Morgan, who, as the end of outlaws approaches, must choose between old idealistic ideas and a better, more honest future. The slow gameplay, viewed through this lens, allows us a grounded, more human perspective on the everyday life of this character, resulting in a game where spending 30 hours riding horses from one place to another is one of the most captivating, emotional, and beautiful games I have ever played. I highly recommend it
Very good game, it reminds me of San Andreas GTA but in the Wild West, the developers are simply obsessed and have added countless things. Tremendous work on landscapes, graphics, details in another level, realism, sound, etc. I can't imagine what would happen if a remake came out for the PS5. Now, as for missions and gameplay, while the game offers a lot to do, for some reason it becomes boring after a certain point, definitely one downside is that it doesn't have fast travel, I believe the controls need improvement as well, the weapons and all the items in general are endless and it becomes confusing. With a little work on the gameplay and mainly on the weapons, it would become a masterpiece
The game is perfect, anyone who hasn't played it yet should give it a try if they like story games. Of course, the map is huge and you can do unlimited things. The music is amazing, the graphics are great. The protagonist is maybe one of the best I have ever encountered. The story is quite long and keeps you hooked. You won't get bored of it. The missions, especially some of them, are gems. At 25 euros (or even at 70, for example, with the original price), it deserves a 5/5 rating, it reaches perfection. I don't have an opinion on the online aspect as I didn't really get into it, but it was fine from what I played. One of the best, if not the best, game you will ever play! Note that at the beginning it's a bit boring until you get into the action, but don't give up, you won't regret it. And maybe regarding the horse riding that many people complain about, yes, it takes some time to get from one place to another, but personally, it didn't bother me and I don't think it's that bad.

The game has its positives and negatives... what gamers have mentioned in the comments about annoying issues is true, the endless moments of horse riding, etc. For example, I didn't feel like dealing with what the character would eat or how clean he was.... However, it has a lot of detail everywhere and customization, and whoever plays it should see it as a simulator in the Wild West... now, if you want quick money, check out some videos on the internet for gold bar locations and treasure maps, 3 days of gameplay and I had everything I wanted while still being at the beginning... additionally, the hero has a unique sense of humor and the voice acting is very good! Overall... the game requires its time and anyone who is into the spray-and-finish style should find something else...

1899. The outlaws no longer fit in this world. The Van DerLinde gang tries to escape the law after a failed robbery in the city of Blackwater, going through many hardships, and also having their leader, Dutch, slowly sinking into madness. It's a story full of sadness, death, and betrayal, which you will love. The game requires a little patience as it is quite slow, but it doesn't matter. It has a wide variety of weapons and horses to choose from, and also to customize. It offers a great experience for those who want action, although it can be challenging at times. For me, it is a masterpiece. The best game that exists, and will exist.
I bought the game after reading countless good reviews and I tend to agree with the few bad ones.
I'm 15 hours into the game and I can say that I got bored after the first hour...
No action at all... endless dialogues... the character is slow... boring missions, you steal someone in the middle of nowhere and within seconds, 10 people have come to catch you. And let's not even talk about buying things with the money you collect... and horseback riding... horseback riding... horseback riding... so boring.
Personally, when I close it, I don't have the interest to continue the next day... to see how it will go further...

Somewhere I had read that the team that created the game consisted of about 1000 people who worked on the game for about 6 years. As soon as you start playing it, you will understand what an amazing job they did. AMAZING. One of the top 5 games of all time.
Okay, friend. If this isn't good, then what is? It's a wonderful single player game that simply flies by and you don't even notice it
Despite the reviews that praise it, it is a disappointing game. Good graphics, good elements, good details, but overall it is frustrating. For example, you can be in the middle of nowhere trying to rob someone and a passerby who sees you from ten meters away will report you for a bounty within 10 seconds. Within 5 seconds, 9 bounty hunters will appear out of nowhere and the only way to kill them is to activate slow motion mode (L3-R3), which is not ideal for the dualshock, making it boring. The best part is that all of this happens while you don't run much because the horse mostly walks due to stamina (congratulations Rockstar), and as if that wasn't enough, if you use cheats, it doesn't allow you to save! (congratulations again Rockstar). As a result, you get killed every time and lose money. It takes a lot of time and effort to buy something or clear a bounty since the money from looting, etc. is scarce. The map is good but not anything great, I have almost finished half of the story so far and it is mediocre with indifferent

The story of the game is worth every penny. It is very interesting and emotional as you complete missions. The graphics are fully realistic and beautiful. The open world is huge with many cities to explore. As you explore the world, you encounter many NPCs that you can help in various ways. The combat in the game is extremely realistic, as shooting someone in different areas elicits corresponding reactions. There are countless weapons that you can customize however you want. It is addictive because in every gameplay, you don't know what will happen. The multiplayer is not as good. It lacks updates and you cannot do many things. I highly recommend the game if you want it solely for the story
What can you say about this masterpiece! The best game I have ever played in my life and I say it without exaggeration. Everything ties together so nicely and even though it is a big game, it will not tire you at all because it has action, twists, excitement, and many more. If you can get into the game's atmosphere and familiarize yourself with its controls, you go for 107 gold, 100% completion (even if you have to kill the poor birds that are actually an extinct species today), you search to find out what's going on with the missing person on the poster, the guy who desperately searches for his missing friend, you craft and wear the vest from Kougkar that is hidden in an isolated forest on the map, you find or craft the endless artifacts that enhance your abilities and are hidden in nowhere, the wild white Persian cat that is hidden in the snow and will become your inseparable companion if you can tame it, the legendary fish myth, as well as what's going on with the woman-mother of the guy who travels through time, etc. If, moreover, you fall into trouble, you may need to confront a whole village of gunmen and come out clean... The game was created by people with inspiration and knowledge for people who want to engage. Not for those who rush to finish and move on. Regardless of age (the game is not intended for minors). I am not a gamer. Nor will I become one. I have not reviewed, nor will I review any other game in the future except for RDR3... However, I can understand that if all games were like this or at least close to it, then we would all live happily in virtual reality...
The most incredible game I have ever played in my life, and I'm not even a kid to exaggerate. Action, suspense, emotion, and many more will overwhelm you as soon as you start getting into the character's role. Rockstar did it again. I hope they release something similar in the future
It's a shame, I must say, if you haven't played this game since you have a PS. The best game I have ever played in my life. There is no reason not to buy it. There has never been a better game overall. I wish I had the remote control from Men In Black, to erase my memory and play it again without knowing anything.

The graphics of the game are among the best I have seen in a "free roam" type of game, the lighting is incredible, and the flora and fauna give you the feeling that you are in a real world where even the animals interact with each other. Unfortunately, there are some significant drawbacks that, if you have played the game, you will have definitely noticed. Firstly, the story of the game is excessively long to the point where it becomes painful to continue playing because most of the game is spent on your horse, going from one point to another. Secondly, there are some parts of the story that don't make much sense, but I won't mention them in case someone hasn't played the game yet and doesn't want me to spoil it. The multiplayer of the game is very poor, the main reason for me saying this is because RockStar no longer releases new updates, resulting in players getting bored and leaving the game. Overall, however, it remains a masterpiece that has been abandoned.
