Good quality construction, but not the highest possible quality. Its use is specific and limited. Do not expect it to replace a serious cutting knife, but it is lightweight and can always be with you, covering basic needs without any problems. Its cutting is good, although I haven't tested it extensively. Personally, I mainly have it in my office to open packages, envelopes, folders, etc., and sometimes for easy small cutting tasks. In summary, for its intended use, it is quite good, but a fairer price would be around 20.
