After a sprain in basketball, I was looking for a suitable ankle brace and I came across this one. I read the reviews and bought it. It does what it promises. If you tie it correctly, it keeps your foot stable, does not hinder your movements on the court, it just reminds you that something is there. I recommend it, just pay attention to the sizes so you don't get a bigger or smaller one. For me, size L for a shoe size 46 fit perfectly.

Although a bit expensive, it is flawless and very convenient for everyday use after an injury. You can loosen it when sitting for a long time without taking it off.

Edit: Eventually the "bad moment" came, I twisted my ankle and unfortunately could not avoid a severe sprain. So, no, if it's going to happen, it will happen even with this ankle brace. Also, pay attention to the size if you decide to buy, as in my opinion it is one size smaller than what is stated.

What I was looking for, I have sensitive ankles and it is perfect for training. There are other options available but my friends wear them and they are too warm and not suitable for summer. This one here is perfect!

Ideal for first-degree sprains. Just don't wear it for more than 2 hours as the manufacturer says, because it will cause excessive pressure and your foot will swell.
