I respect all users who have respiratory or allergic problems or very young children, and the use of any steam cleaner may be necessary for them. However, for the rest of us, I don't see a reason to make our lives more difficult. I purchased this specific steam cleaner in February 2019 and have used it about 10 times since then. I cleaned the oven, bathrooms, and large windows once, and I have no complaints about the quality of the steam cleaner. I always used demineralized water, just like with irons, regardless of what the manufacturers say. You can't clean salts from faucets, etc. with it. When using a steam cleaner, you have to simultaneously wipe away the water with a towel, otherwise any dirt present will spread around. I tried it once on the bathroom tiles, didn't wipe them immediately, and they dried with "streaks and smudges," so I had to clean them with a chemical cleaning product. When cleaning windows, the water runs down and you have to use towels to collect it, especially on wooden floors, and in the end, you resort to the familiar product that makes the edges invisible and completes the cleaning. When I used it on the exterior frames, black marks started appearing from the rubber, and I was afraid that the hot steam would damage them. Now, I imagine that when cleaning floors, you have to be on your knees to immediately wipe away the moisture, otherwise the dust will turn into stuck mud, just like on carpets and other surfaces where dust may accumulate. Although the steam cleaner is a perfectly fine and powerful machine for sterilization and disinfection, I have decided to retire it and give it to anyone who wants to "try their luck" with a steam cleaner. I forgot to mention the one and only time I used the extension rod to clean the exterior of a tall lacquered wardrobe and didn't put any cloths on the wooden floor to collect the water that was running down. I slipped, almost broke my leg, and nearly shattered the steam cleaner.

I have had it for about 1 week, I have to say that it is the first steam cleaner I have bought, the water takes about 7-8 minutes to heat up, I have cleaned joints, tiles, burnt grease, windows, mouthpiece, sofa. I am satisfied with the purchase based on value for money and quality of construction! For those who say that it leaves water, it is logical as the steam when it comes out on the surface condenses, whether the steam cleaner costs 20 euros or 520 euros, so you need to have a cloth with you to collect the water where needed (e.g. windows). Be careful with fabrics, always use the cloth and first do it from a short distance so as not to burn it with sudden movement. Also, for those who mention the light that turns on again, there is no need to stop cleaning, continue until the steam decreases enough (you will understand it in practice). The only negative thing is that it does not collect its own cord, but the good thing about this is that it is quite long and covers a large (if not all) part of the house comfortably... It is worth its money!

I purchased this steam cleaner from an online store at the end of August. After about 10 days of general cleaning around the house, I noticed that it was leaking water from the point where the hose comes out of the device and that the front wheel was not attaching properly. I contacted the store and they correctly referred me to the authorized service center, where I sent the device. After 1 week, they contacted me and informed me that a credit had been issued. I contacted the purchasing store and ordered the same product again, which arrived after 3 days. On the first day of use, it made a small bang and started leaking water again (same issue...). I contacted the store again, which I must admit was impeccable in any communication between us, and they took the initiative to not have me send the product back to the service center (they told me - I did not contact the service center the second time as the purchasing store took care of it - they did not accept a faulty product and claimed that the problem was due to incorrect usage (whatever they say, we were adding water after turning on the steam cleaner - OK, I'm not a technician for such devices, but I'm not dumb either... In the end, the store refunded my money.
In conclusion: something is wrong with the model, or I am unlucky.
The store is EXCELLENT as professionals, very good communication, and quick in their responses.
The authorized service center recognized and provided a solution to the problem the first time, but did not show the same willingness the second time.
I can't say much about the product...for me, it's not just bad, but dangerous!

As soon as I bought it, I immediately used it to clean the kitchen.. After about 2 hours of use.. I noticed that water was leaking from underneath..
I pressed the button and the circuit breaker tripped.. I tried to start it again and it tripped the circuit breaker again.
The next day I returned it and they gave me another one.. It has been about a month since this happened.. I have only used it a little since then because I didn't have time. The day before yesterday, I used it again to clean the radiators.. At some point, I saw water leaking again.. It tripped the circuit breaker again!!

The second time, I took a 7-minute break without turning off the button. From what I understand, the thermostat doesn't seem to be working, causing it to overheat, melt the plastic, and leak water!!

Dangerous!! What if I didn't have a circuit breaker?
I read a similar comment from someone else, but for the next model of the same brand..

I will return it to them again this week!

I was going to buy a cheaper one and they recommended this one from the store because it has a larger water tank and more pressure. At first, I only used the attachment for fabrics with the small cloth. It completely cleaned stains under the stove and even grime in the shower. It freshened up the bed mattresses, both on top and bottom, on cotton fabrics they hold up well and on synthetic fabrics, just keep a small distance with a quick pass. It sterilized hygiene items and the best part is that you feel the house is clean. It is also the BEST FRIEND FOR PET OWNERS, as I assume it not only kills mites on sofas and their little bed but also any insects (fleas, etc.) that your dog might accidentally bring in. Especially, it freshens up carpets very well. It even removed stuck-on stickers on tiles. One issue is if it catches salt, how does it clean? I filled the tank with 1300 ml and it was enough for the whole house. Every now and then, as the tank empties, it stops to heat up again but it doesn't matter. A very good solution to reduce chemicals in the house. I hope it lasts. The only downside is the button that locks the steam on the handle is made of flimsy plastic.

Simply impressive product...
I chose this steam cleaner for its 5 bar pressure and its small size, which makes it extremely flexible and effective.
On the first day, it worked continuously for 12 hours and gave our house a professional cleaning. On the second day, it worked for another 8 hours.
- It cleaned the walls and postponed their painting.
- It removed everything from the floor tiles and bathroom tiles.
- It made the kitchen cabinets, sink, and electric stove look brand new.
- Forget about the tiring dusting. You can finish cleaning your house in just a few minutes.
- It easily makes the windows invisible.
- You can't imagine what the radiators hide inside.
- The car looks brand new.
But don't forget that it doesn't replace either the vacuum cleaner or the mop.
The steam cleaner's best friend is the towel.
Now, due to improper use, it left some marks on the wall, fortunately in a place that is not visible. Persisting in the same spot can open a window.
It burned the fabric of the first chair.
Attention, with proper use, it works wonders.

In general, it is quite good and does a number of tasks that are difficult to do with another device, as long as you have done a thorough vacuuming with the vacuum cleaner beforehand:
1. It cleans the mattress and refreshes sofas and carpets with the special attachment (always with the cover), the result is immediate, the colors become more vibrant and the feeling of freshness lasts. (That was the reason I bought it, but it seems that I will also use it in other cases)
2. With the special nozzles, it cleans stubborn dirt in the bathroom (grout, mold, yellowing) easily, quickly, and without the use of chemicals. Of course, you should have already swept it a bit to remove the surface dirt because otherwise the steam will just throw it around. Also, at the end, you need to wipe it with a damp towel to collect the loosened dirt.
3. Mopping: here things are quite pleasant and quick, if you have already swept beforehand, instead of carrying buckets of water and wringing out mops, you can just go over the floors with the steam cleaner and quickly and effortlessly get rid of dirt. The feeling of cleanliness it leaves is very good and lasts, although it doesn't "collect" dirt like a mop does, but if you have already swept before, the result is just as good as mopping. Now, if there are localized stains, the steam cleaner won't remove them, but you can clean them locally. In my opinion, it doesn't replace the use of a mop, it just limits it to localized stains, while for overall cleaning that we do once a week or every 10 days, it easily replaces it.
4. Curtains, instead of taking them down, I first give them a good sweep, then I clean them with the steam cleaner, and finally, I spray them with a fabric freshener and they shine as if they were washed in the washing machine!
5. Feeling of cleanliness and freshness scent: Here the steam cleaner has a disadvantage because since it doesn't use a cleaning agent, it doesn't leave a scent of "cleanliness" which, of course, comes from chemical fragrances and not from natural ones, so you avoid the chemicals. However, if you want freshness, you can put water, a little alcohol, and a few drops of lavender essential oil in a sprayer and spray it at the end so that it smells nice once it dries.
Personally, I am satisfied, I consider it a good purchase that will accompany me for years as a product, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to experiment with new, more enjoyable cleaning methods with less effort.
