    For me, this is not what I expected! I find better Asian recipes from China on the abundant internet, quite simplified and explanatory, with videos. I think the role of a cooking book for cooking recipes has become obsolete.

    Very good job. It describes their culture and way of life. It has several recipes, which are easy and with ingredients that you can easily find. It gives you detailed information about their basic kitchen ingredients and what you can substitute in case you can't find something! I have enjoyed it! I have already made half of them!!!!!

Definitely much more than a cookbook, as it provides many interesting details about China and its inhabitants, explains everything about the utensils and ingredients they use, and the recipes are so understandable and simply written that you enjoy reading them! Also, very nice illustrations! I recommend it to anyone interested in Chinese cuisine adapted to the ingredients we have in Greece!
