I wear it with a thermal undershirt plus a cotton t-shirt, and it doesn't seem to do the job for the money it costs. There are definitely better options.
Right now, with an outside temperature of 14 degrees, inside a room where the radiator was on for 2 hours and two hours after it turned off, I feel a chill, under a NEF blanket. I regret the 47 euros I spent. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy Columbia. The company should specify the temperature range it is suitable for. Because there is a discussion about the size, the jacket is indeed on the wider side and it would be good to see it up close first. I am 1.75 meters tall and weigh 75 kilograms (but with wide shoulders and a slim waist) and the medium size is okay for me. Fortunately, it doesn't feel tight under the armpits. Due to my body type, the large size fits me well in the shoulders, but it is long and comfortable from there down to the arms. In terms of appearance, it is made of very nice fleece.

I am 1.70 meters tall and weigh 73 kilograms and it fit comfortably on me, as the others in the comments say, the only issue is the neck, I also had difficulty closing the zipper all the way up, it's probably designed for women's necks at that point. It is quite warm at 8 degrees Celsius outside, I got it to wear in combination with a jacket, the construction quality is impeccable, a bit expensive but probably due to the brand name.

Seeing the reviews, I was influenced that it has a quite loose fit and you MUST get a smaller size... So I ordered a small instead of medium as usual... When you want to express your opinion and suggest a size, YOU SHOULD WRITE YOUR MEASUREMENTS otherwise the other person cannot understand where to end up if they don't compare body measurements... For me, the small doesn't fit in my neck, it chokes me and it is relatively short and tight in my chest... 1.79cm to 1.85cm and 75 to 85 kilos, go for medium in both width and height

I am very sensitive to the cold and with this jacket, neither air nor cold penetrates me! Tested at 5 degrees with a thermal and thin woolen shirt. I had my doubts because it has a slightly loose fit. I am 1.77, 65 kilograms and the small size is not tight on me but it does an amazing job nonetheless. It is a bit thick, very soft and gentle. I will compare this fleece with the equivalent North Face Glacier 100. I bought the Columbia for 45, the North Face for 56. The North Face is thinner and lighter, but the Columbia is warmer and has a pocket on the chest and elastic at the bottom of the jacket so that one can tighten it. I should add that the collar of the Columbia is high and actually covers your entire neck, unlike the North Face which reaches only the waist. It seems to be a better-made fleece for me personally, but both are definitely worth it.
