Purchased for use in the village where we go for a few days a year. So very little use. With very few uses, the warranty period has expired. The motor works, but the shaft with the blades does not rotate. I am an electrician and would like to open it, but its screws have a strange shape.
I'm really sorry to say it, but it's a waste of money... The second time I used it for something very simple (to chop 150g of almonds), a sticky liquid started running from the motor and messed everything up. One month later, this thing is still running. I can't understand what it is, it looks like glue but it doesn't make sense for there to be glue there. I have to say that I am an enthusiastic user of Rohnson and every product I have bought from them so far has been amazing. This particular Multi was purchased to replace the equivalent Rohnson product that is at least 15 years old (maybe even 20 years old) and still works perfectly, just the container has been slightly damaged from extensive use and I decided to replace it. Stay away.
It leaves the food intact, the blades do not cut what is at the bottom because there is a large gap. Useless purchase, especially for a small quantity inside the bin but also for a larger one.
I haven't used it even three times, as soon as I tried to cut an onion, the motor didn't have enough power to turn.. It's fake, not worth even one euro..
Purchase last year. Tireless and powerful. The triple blade guarantees that not even one piece will remain during its use. I would like a slightly bigger bin.
I have it for about 8 months and I use it almost every day, it cuts very well as long as you have enough quantity because it has a large bin and if you have a little product inside, it doesn't even touch it. The motor is powerful and the turbo is also very good. So far, very satisfied.
As long as it was in use, personally I was satisfied. Noise is an issue, but other than that, nothing.
However, after 11 months (almost daily) of use, the motor broke. It may have been a specific case.
Overall, satisfied for as long as it lasted. Hopefully, it will last longer for everyone else.
Unacceptable! The lid doesn't fasten at all, it takes 5 minutes to open and close it! It doesn't cut the food that is at the bottom, many pieces of food remain uncut! The lid is difficult to clean due to its design. The noise is indescribable! I bought it as a gift, I wasted my money!
Terrible! They gave it to me as a gift, it is expensive for its terrible construction! It makes louder noise than when drilling a wall! The food stays on the walls and the bottom and the blades don't catch them. I have had it for 1 year and used it very little. Then it broke, only the motor was spinning and not the blades! I left it and when I tried it again, the blades were working, but when I put an onion inside, the blades stopped and only the motor was spinning again! Unbelievable! My mother-in-law has a simple one from the market and she has had it for 6 years! The manufacturer is unacceptable!
My mom has it and she is very satisfied. Recently, it broke after 2 years of heavy use. The motor wasn't turning the blade, as described by a lady below! I opened it to see what was happening and inside there were 3 loose screws. Three out of the 4 screws that hold the motor in place had come out, resulting in the gears not moving correctly. I tightened the screws and everything is fine now! Before you throw it away, try opening it
I have purchased three identical devices. One for a vacation home with very occasional use, if any. The other two for regular household use, in different houses. For some reason, in the two years, all three stopped working due to the motor! Suddenly, the blades were not spinning with the product inside, they were only spinning empty. The more economical one I had, with only one blade, had a longer lifespan than a well-known toy store product! It was very good in terms of use while it lasted, but this coincidence worries me!
Very good value for money and good construction quality.
For those who say they bought it to grind baby food, I would like to inform them that if they want it for such use, they should buy a hand blender.
Really the worst. It does not grind food, pieces remain under the blades and on the sides, and what it grinds does not become creamy. Can it grind a small quantity? Not even for a joke... The lid has spots that you need to use a toothpick to clean. In my attempt to mix hazelnut flour with oil to make pralines, it overheated and since then it emitted light from the inside every time I pressed the button to work. And of course, one day it burned my child's boiled food. With boiled soft food... It didn't last even six months. And it was used less than 20 times. Money wasted.
We bought it to grind baby food. Completely unsuitable! Pieces get stuck at the bottom and never get ground, there is a big gap between the bottom and the lowest blade. We feed the baby with great caution, but large pieces always escape. Ugh!
The use of it was completely disappointing. It makes the loudest noise I have ever heard from a blender, the lid closes with difficulty as it has a strange latch, it struggles to grind dry nuts into powder, and it doesn't make fruits creamy. Its construction is made of cheap plastic which, for some strange reason, even after being washed (especially the blade stem), feels strangely sticky to the touch as if it has grease on it. I suppose it's the type of plastic. I was forced to buy a Grundig CH7680 for 30 euros, which although smaller, did a pretty good job with just one pair of blades and without a particularly loud noise, and it was also easy to clean.
I do not recommend it! It does not cut well at all!!! It leaves large pieces. Also, due to the design of the lid, it is not easy to clean, and worst of all, food gets into the motor as the lid does not hold the food in the bin. It is a hassle to clean it, and the food does not come off. It ended up being thrown away.
Very easy to use and clean, although it requires caution with the blades. It is powerful and grinds everything easily... otherwise, I am very satisfied with its value for money
It does not grind the food, the food sticks in pieces either at the bottom of the bin or on the sides. The attachment to prevent liquids from coming out of the bin came off during the second wash. The food sticks to the lid of the bin and requires plenty of water and a sharp object to remove them. In order to achieve the desired result under these conditions, you have to grind for two minutes, while the instructions say to use it for only 30 seconds for 3 consecutive times. It's a shame for the money we spent, it's not worth a single euro.
Very good features for the money I paid... It works great and is very powerful in everything I have tried it on... I hope it will withstand the test of time
After reading the reviews, I bought it to grind my baby's food and I was disappointed. It doesn't grind well, it leaves whole pieces, and as someone else mentioned, they stay at the bottom or on the walls of the container without being ground. It is cheaply made, both the container and the blades. I would not recommend it. Now I have to buy another product, and I am honestly amazed that it worked for some people.
I was expecting something much better after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, even though it has a larger capacity bin than other food processors, it doesn't chop (melt) the food well when you put in small quantities, and this happens because the food sticks to the walls or the bottom of the bin and the blades don't reach them to chop them. Also, the juices spill from the lid when you fill the bin more than 3/4 full. I was more satisfied with the Moulinex multi I had for years.
Very good purchase. Very powerful machine! I put the cabbage inside and it chopped it immediately with its double blade. It struggles with very hard vegetables like raw carrots. In the end, I bought the Pyrex SB-860 for nothing. This is much better in every way!
Very good for its price. It has shredded everything I have tried without any problem! It has 6 blades. In the photos, it shows 4. You can remove the 4 (the middle and the top ones) and just leave the two at the bottom. The turbo function really doesn't chew anything!!!
