A classic book on the subject, written twenty years ago but still relevant today.

"This book is not a study on religion. On the contrary, it refers to the implications of modern physics on topics that were once the exclusive prerogative of religion. [...] It is also not a scientific treatise. It is a book about science and its broader consequences. We will inevitably need to explain certain scientific details, but their development will not be systematic or complete. The reader should not worry about getting tangled up in intricate mathematics or complex terminology."

The book is primarily aimed at the general reader, whether religious or atheist, who does not have extensive scientific knowledge. However, I hope that it contains some elements of real educational value.
