The train with good batteries can easily move 4 carriages uphill and downhill. It's not a Volvo FH12 420, it's a children's toy.

Bad game from Hape. One would expect, when they have invested so much in the series with the wooden trains, to offer a game that can stand next to them. It is slow, doesn't pull many wagons, and for some reason, it eats batteries for fun. If it was fast or powerful, I would understand. Don't buy it. I bought it, it broke, and I am seriously considering spending 30-40 euros on a Brio one. One that I had bought from Lidl worked much better btw.

This particular machine works very well with fully charged batteries, which by the way, it drains relatively quickly. So rechargeable batteries are a one-way street. Now its speed is moderate and its power is sufficient to pull 2 wagons. If the tracks are properly placed, it can run continuously for 1-2 hours. After that, it struggles quite a bit. Anyway, it is ideal for small children, but also for adults! Maybe I will get another one as a backup.

It goes slowly, it can't manage to climb steep hills, its battery runs out quickly, but my child constantly plays with it, so I am quite satisfied.
