How to make the most delicious ice cream!

  1. To make homemade ice cream with an ice cream maker, you need to mix 600ml of milk with ¾ cup of sugar in a saucepan, adding various ingredients for flavor, such as fruits, nuts, cocoa, coffee, mastic, etc.

  2. At the same time, prepare a whipped cream from heavy cream.

  3. Then, mix the two parts and let the mixture cool.

  4. Next, put it in the freezer for an hour and then place it in the ice cream maker to work it.

Some tips for using it:

  • Before putting it into operation, place the container in the freezer for half an hour to freeze it.

  • The storage container is preferably made of stainless steel because it freezes better. Spoons should be metallic, plastic, or silicone, not wooden.

  • When adding ingredients to the machine, avoid overfilling the container as the ice cream expands.

  • For better taste and texture, use cream with 35% fat. Add nuts, pieces of chocolate, pieces of fruit, or cookies after closing the machine. Alternatively, you can add fruit jam.

  • After the ice cream is ready, place it in the freezer for one or two hours to harden.

  • When you take it out of the freezer, let it "rest" for 5 minutes at room temperature.

  • For serving, use a wet spoon instead of a hot one to avoid melting the ice cream.
