1. Rule of Thirds

Many times you will encounter the above grid, most cameras also have a setting to display it in the viewfinder or camera screen as you take the photo.

With the rule of thirds, the frame is divided into 9 rectangles. According to the rule, the ideal positions for placing the subject we want to photograph are close to the points where the lines intersect.

Try placing your subject on one of the vertical lines (in the case of photographing a person or animal, place their eyes close to the intersecting points for a more beautiful result).

Asymmetric compositions exude more liveliness and dynamism!

2. Symmetry

Symmetrical photography is when we place the subject in the center of the image. We divide the image in some way into two identical parts.
Sometimes, placing the subject in the center of the photograph gives a fantastic result!

In the example below, the Burj Al Arab hotel is positioned in the center of the frame, and using the reflection from the water, the photographer achieves perfect symmetry. (horizontal line placement in the photograph)

3. Leading Lines

By using lines, we direct the viewer's gaze towards the focal point.
