Unboxing - Packaging

The Rohnson R-2853 air fryer has a capacity of 12 liters, power of 1900W, and dual heating element on top and bottom, something rare. The door opens horizontally like an oven, has double glass for interior visibility and lighting. On the top, there is a touch LED digital screen for settings and functions.

Tests

Fryers of this design, like the Rohnson R-2853, do not have a removable basket, which means they rely on trays and accessories. This affects the quantities it can cook.

Skewer Attachment

With the skewer attachment, in 20 minutes at 180 degrees, pork and chicken skewers were cooked perfectly.

Cylindrical Basket

I used it for frying potatoes, fresh and frozen, and the process was easy with even cooking.

Rotisserie Attachment

The chicken was roasted on a rotisserie, in 50 minutes at 190 degrees it was juicy and well-cooked. A 1.7kg chicken did not fit, so a 1.4kg one was used instead.

Frying Basket

I tried chicken nuggets, fish croquettes, mini turnovers, and vegetables. They were cooked well but easily stuck, so I needed oil for the next attempts.

Baking Trays

Non-stick baking trays are useful for various foods with proper baking without sticking.

The presence of two resistances improves baking and reduces time, but the top resistance is stronger and requires rotating the meat.

Final Impressions

The Rohnson R-2853 air fryer offers good performance and cooking, with many accessories for a variety of food preparation. However, it is not ideal for large families due to its capacity. It is more suitable for singles or couples. It is easy to clean and manage materials during cooking.
