How to dress your baby for their first walks with the stroller!
What else will you need with you?
Have you recently left the maternity ward and are thinking of taking your baby for a walk? This article will guide you fully and help you choose the right outfit and accessories for their first outing.
Babies love going for walks, as it has been proven that the outdoor environment stimulates their curiosity and imagination. So don't be afraid to take your newborn baby for a walk, as long as you pay attention to the place, the weather, and their clothing.
From what age can we take babies outside;
From the very first day of their birth, they can go out of the warmth of their home, except for enclosed and crowded spaces, as their immune system is not yet developed. A walk in the park or countryside is what they need until they "age".
What is the suitable time for a walk?
From the moment the weather starts to get milder, the baby should enjoy the fresh air. You can take them for a walk with the stroller from morning until sunset.
However, the weather is changeable. Therefore, we recommend layering your baby's outfit so that you can easily remove a garment if they get warm and vice versa, add one if they get cold.
Underwear
First, start with the bodysuit underwear. We suggest a bodysuit with snaps, so you can easily change diapers.
Bodysuits & Clothing Sets
Choose a simple bodysuit or clothing set for warm days.
Going Outfits
If you see that the weather is extremely cold, dress your baby in a full-body infant jacket over the outfit to keep warm.
Beanie
A beanie is essential during the first months of a baby's life to protect and keep them warm.
Socks
Even if your baby is not yet walking, socks are a necessary accessory to keep their little feet warm. If you want, you can also dress them in cute little shoes to make them a fashion icon.
Attention: Don't overdo it with too many clothes! It's better to dress lightly, rather than getting too warm and sweating excessively.
Blanket
It's also good to have a blanket with you, so you can cover it if you continue to notice that his hands are cold.
What to have with you?
When you're out with your baby, you should definitely have some basic accessories with you, such as: diapers, a towel, baby wipes, a special cream for preventing diaper rash, a second set of clothes, a pacifier, and a toy to keep them occupied. If you're not breastfeeding, it's good to have powdered milk and boiled water at hand.
Have a nice walk!
